The Kaupens Crew is related to the main faction - The Baltics. The crew was originally made and established in Los Colinas where Karlis Kaupens along with young Latvian, Russian, Lithuanian and Estonian men started to make a living by participating in organized crime, under the boss - Intars Lidaka.
This sub-faction is looking to portray a realistic drug distribution, racketeering, loan sharking and illegal-fishing related network.
