San Anne Grooveline

The Grooveline is a Hoover Criminal Gang(HCG) based Prison Car operating primarily within the San Andreas Correctional Facility. The presence of the Hoover Criminals and the W/S Been Paid Tray Mafia has been somewhat low. Their numbers began to rise shortly after the 2014 indictment that led to a lot of them staying in prison for an extended stint. Some transferred in from other facilities and some joining the gang exclusively from the inside. Gang members related to the West Side Hoover Criminals that land in jail will be joined with this coalition. It caters to all sets that's under the Hoover Criminal card and members who're in the Been Paid Tray Mafia gang solely.

Federal Indictment Charges 21 Defendants for Violent Drug Distribution Conspiracy Operating in the Jefferson and Glen Park Area of Los Santos

Indictment Alleges Violence Including 15 Murders, and 25 Non-Fatal Shootings; “W/S 94 Lowdown Hoover Criminal Gang & W/S Been Paid Tray Mafia” Enterprise are the Third and Forth Rival Gang Prosecuted in Jefferson

L.S. Attorney’s Office
September 17th, 2014

Jefferson, Los Santos - A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging 21 defendants for being part of the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise, a drug distribution conspiracy which operated for 14 years in the Jefferson section of Los Santos. The indictment alleges that members of the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Coalition committed acts of violence in order to fund their narcotics activities and intimidate others who would interfere with the enterprise. The indictment was returned on September 9th, 2014 and unsealed today. Thirteen defendants are in custody. Law enforcement is still searching for eight of the defendants.

The indictment was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Los Santos Kevin M. Ross; Special Agent in Charge David L. Boyd, Sr. of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives - Jefferson Field Division; Commissioner Gerald Keith of the Los Santos Police Department; and Los Santos City State’s Attorney Jessica K. Powers.

“The most important thing law enforcement officers can do to stop violence is to make clear that killers will be held accountable,” said U.S. Attorney Kevin M. Ross. “Although the only crime charged in this indictment is a drug conspiracy, the allegations include 13 murders and 21 non-fatal shootings. Conspiracy cases are a valuable tool to put violent gangs out of business.”

According to the indictment, beginning in at least early 2002, the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise distributed powder and crack cocaine, heroin, oxycodone and marijuana, primarily in the Jefferson Plaza Shopping Center, various other locations throughout Jefferson/Glen Park, and in the west and southeast district of Los Santos. The indictment alleges that members of the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise used the proceeds of their narcotics sales to purchase firearms, to enrich themselves, and to further the activities of the organization, including narcotics trafficking. Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang members allegedly used residences in and around Jefferson and Glen Park to cut and package drugs for distribution, primarily heroin, powder cocaine, and crack. Only trusted members of the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise were admitted to these locations while the drugs were being prepared for sale. In an effort to distinguish their narcotics, members used colored topped vials or colored the drugs with food coloring.

The indictment alleges that members of the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise routinely carried firearms, and committed home invasion and street robberies, and other acts of violence in furtherance of the organization’s activities, including shootings, beatings, murders, and other violence in order to intimidate others who would interfere with their narcotics trafficking. Acts of violence were also committed to discipline members within the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise for transgressions, real or perceived, against the conspiracy. According to the indictment, members of the Been Paid Tray Mafia & 94 Hoover Criminal Gang Enterprise used gang signs to communicate and many had tattoos reflecting their allegiance to the conspiracy.

All 21 defendants charged in the indictment.
Eleven defendants (denoted by *) also face enhanced sentences for murder. The indictment specifically alleges that: Travis Burrell was involved in the murder of three persons; Lloyd Mays was involved in the murder of three persons; Terrell was involved in the murder of three persons, Dukes, Horsey, Cherry, and Keenan Johnson were each involved in the murder of two persons; and Chase, Luster, Rice and Alewine were each involved in a single murder. Incidents of attempted murders and aggravated assaults are also alleged against these defendants and others named in the indictment. Rodgers, Seawell, Stevie James, and Lynn are alleged to have been involved in drug distribution but face no allegations of violent activities. Defendants are segregated by their affiliations(denoted by ** meaning they identify with the 94 Hoover Criminal Gang) on the indictment too.

All 21 defendants face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison. The defendants arrested today are expected to have initial appearances in U.S. District Court in Los Santos. The defendants already in custody will be scheduled for an initial appearance at a later date.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.

Since 2013, federal prosecutors have convicted at least 35 members of three other rival drug-dealing organizations that operated in Jefferson and Glen Park: “W/S 91 Hard Time Hustler Crips,” “W/S School Yard Crips” and “W/S By Yourself Gangster Crips.”

United States Attorney Kevin M. Ross praised the ATF, Los Santos Police Department, and Los Santos City State’s Attorney’s Office for their work in the investigation and thanked the FBI, San Andreas Sheriff Department, and The Defense Attorneys Office for their assistance. They're prosecuting this Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force case.

Gleeeeeeee! The San Anne Grooveline is a San Andreas Correctional Facility based Hoover Criminal Prison Car. The characters roleplaying with this entity are either related to the numerous Hoover Criminal sets or the W/S Been Paid Tray Mafia coalition. Our main goal is to focus solely on character development and accurately portray a black prison car. We want to establish a better atmosphere and remove the stigma behind black roleplayers in prison. In order to stay in contact with us, our main source of communication will be on the West Side Hoover Criminal Private Forum. We also have a discord channel that you can join by request.

If you're interested in roleplaying with the Grooveline, message Orlando_Atkins or Roderick_Mays.
