Overview:
The 18th Street gang is a notorious widespread street gang that formed in the 1960s. A split from Clanton 14th Street happened, where the group wanted to make its own clique called Clanton 18th Street and accept immigrants from Central America and South America but Clanton 14th Street refused, as they were solely a Mexican-American only street gang. This caused a divide, and split internally that eventually led to 18th Street becoming its own thing and becoming bitter rivals with Clanton 14th Street. As the years went on, 18th Street grew by expanding its membership to other nationalities and races, and it was among the first multiracial, multi-ethnic gangs in Los Santos. As the 18th Street gang began to battle with more established Hispanic gangs, they began to recruit outside the Hispanic community; leading to Caucasian-Americans, African-Americans, Asian-Americans and Eurasian-Americans all joining the ranks of the street gang.

18th Street gang members are required to abide by a strict set of rules. Failure to obey the word of a gang leader, or to show proper respect to a fellow gang member, may result in an 18-second beating, or even execution for more serious offenses. According to the FBI, some cliques of the 18th Street gang have developed a high level of sophistication and organization; although most of the cliques are extremely unorganized due to Trigger Valdez's death, one of the first and only citywide 18th Street shot callers who was executed in the 1980s when he refused to bow down to the Mexican Mafia's rulebook and play by their rules, which resulted in the 18th Street gang being heavily divided and leading to some cliques claiming Sureño, some claiming Tax-Free. This resulted in internal feuding within the gang, and currently, in Los Santos, it's suspected that more than half of the 18th Street cliques beef each other; leading to some claiming blue, black, or even red raggers.

Mara Salvatrucha Stoners & 18th Street History:
After its split from Clanton 14th Street, 18th Street began mass-recruiting Central American immigrants into its ranks; whilst also recruiting Central American 2nd generation US-born citizens into its ranks. Whilst doing this, the Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang was also doing the same thing; eventually leading to the two gangs becoming tight with each other, partying/functioning together which is proven via several MS-18 tags spotted in the Pico-Union area of Los Santos.

The 18th Street gang and the Mara Salvatrucha Stoners gang would often attend punk-rock and heavy metal concerts together, throwing up the rock-sign; eventually becoming Mara Salvatrucha's iconic hand-sign. This collaboration didn't last long, as one of the two gangs offered each other to merge but the Mara Salvatrucha Stoners refused to merge, which somewhat distanced the two; but not fully just yet... until a house party happened on the 7th of June 1986, when a Mara Salvatrucha gang member wanted to talk to a girl, and touched her on her ass; unknowingly doing it to the wife of a 18th Streeter, this led to a glass bottle being bashed over the Marero's head, and a fight escalating; which several shootings then followed suit until the group dispersed into the night.

What would be a collaboration of two gangs with the same ethnic group. and goals... turned into a vicious bloodshed war for countless decades that led to over 800 people dying on either side; considering the late 80s - mid 90s were the worst times to be gang banging in Los Santos. The 18th Street gang now identifies with cracked or completely broken horns on their tattoos, as a diss to the Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang. Although not all cliques are going at it with each other, there's still quite a few in the city that are rampantly going back and forth with their rivalry.

Clique History:
The Most Hated Gangsters clique under the 18th Street umbrella is one of the newer cliques from the gang, originally formed under the Lynwood Gangsters; this clique has recently became its own entity. The clique was one of many under the Lynwood Gangsters umbrella of the 18th Street gang, including the following; Evil Side, Malditos, Villains and the Fuck My Rivals cliques were/are all under the Lynwood Gangsters, making the Most Hated Gangsters more of an equal clique than an underdog clique. They are rumored to have been formed in and around 2017, with the split rumored to have happened in mid-2020 .

Whilst the clique is rather new, they've gained a reputation when it comes to the long-standing beef with Rollin 20s Bloods, and Black P Stones. One incident in 2019, left a mark on the city when Mariana Nunez a/k/a La Payasa#2 and Giselle Ariza a/k/a La Teardrop#2 stormed into a house where a female Rollin 20s suspected affiliate lived, and killed her with countless gunshot wounds to the torso, leg, back, and neck; the victim being 15-year old Pytrika Thompson. The two girls were caught for the murder, and sentenced to 50 years with the possibility of parole after three-quarters of the sentence is finished.

Blood Killer (BK) Movement:
Currently, in 2020; 18th Street overall are pushing Blood Killer on every blood clique, unlike most street gangs who have a specific few sets that they have a rivalry with: 18th Street will beef a blood gang-member no matter where, how and when or why... and as for the statistics in 2020 on the Los Santos's Gang Unit chart, most of the homicides committed by 18th Street are specifically on blood sets in the city, almost entirely ignoring other gangs; the infamous 18th Street and Mara Salvatrucha 13 beef has seemed to have died down somewhat, alongside the 18th Street and Clanton 14th Street beef, and 18th Street and E/S Clover beef... and instead, seems to look as if all the blood sets are liable to be targeted and attacked by these group of dysfunctional deranged gangsters.

In the last few decades, the war between several Blood sets and countless 18th Street cliques has spiraled out of control; Pedro Espinoza who murdered Jamiel Shaw II was one of the gang members and gang bangers who was deeply rooted in this bloodshed warfare. On the 2nd of March 2008, in Arlington Heights, Los Santos; Shaw, a 17-year-old Los Angeles High School football player was ambushed by Pedro Espinoza and another accomplice, as he was returning home from the Richman Center. Pedro Espinoza was formally charged with first-degree murder. He was convicted on May 9, 2012. The guilty verdict also included special circumstances, which made Pedro Espinoza eligible for the death penalty. On May 23, 2012, the jury sentenced Espinoza to death.

Modern Era:
In the more recent times, the 18th Street gang has become more notorious for knowing to be rivaling each other than other rival gangs, with one example being the Most Hated Gangsters clique from the West Side of Los Santos, and the 106th Tiny Wynos clique from South Central Los Santos, who're both known to have a bitter rivalry with each other for one of the pettiest reasons; an argument over a female at a party. Due to how the Most Hated Gangsters is a newer generation clique from Westlake, and its shot callers tend to be around the ages of 22-27, it's no surprise that they're more eager to prove something to their elders which in turn ended up turning into an internal feud.

The Most Hated Gangsters are known to be operating out of Westlake's very own Glen Park neighborhood, and are known to be one of the most active street gangs in the district. Hit-ups, gang-members with clothing brands related to the street gang, and social media gang-banging all attest to this theory and prove it's true. Due to the fact Most Hated Gangsters is a younger generation, and has younger shot callers which results in less organization, their gang-banging methods tend to be extremely violent for little to no reason and often end up in someone being hurt, or end up causing beef over social media and net-bang to the fullest where they start it and then end it in person too.

The clique's name; Most Hated Gangsters, stems from the fact they're driven with an EBK mentality than a group mentality; resulting in a "If you fuck wittem, you duck wittem" mentality that most of the gang-members in the clique have. It's rumored that the Most Hated Gangsters are only loyal to those from the clique, and are even willing to beef with other 18th Street cliques over the smallest things; making them quite literally the MOST HATED clique within the gang.

Westside-Eastside Glen Park War:
The Most Hated Gangsters clique, known to operate the Eastside of Glen Park, and also muscle their moves into the Westside; ended up beefing the long-standing Malditos clique under the 18th Street umbrella after an unsanctioned turf takeover was done. Rumors state that the MHGS and MDS cliques beef over a female, others over money... but the truth is it was because of MHGS's attitude to wanting to take over that MDS controlled. Between 2017-2020 the MHGS and MDS cliques have been going back and forth, until late-2020 where several MDS members were found dead on the Eastside of Westlake; Jefferson.

Although Most Hated Gangsters claim Eastside, they are arguably a Westside clique as they're based out of the Westside of Los Santos and operate on the Westside of Glen Park too; mainly being the Eastside though. The Westside-Eastside war between the MHGS and MDS cliques is what really put MHGS on the map, and for most residents in the area; they've said MHGS controlling Glen Park is a good but a bad thing, one resident pointed out that: "They're fighting against racism and drug dealers in our neighborhood, but also bring a lot of unneeded attention especially from other gangs, which leads to innocents getting hurt".

For anyone interested in roleplaying with us; CLICK HERE.

This faction is aiming to portray the infamous 18th Street gang from Los Angeles, with Los Angeles modern-day politics that still exist within 18th Street. From the internal dysfunctional feuds between different sets in different parts of the city, you might see members trash talking other sets that aren't factions for the sake of realism or might see beef with other 18th Street factions; so don't be confused when that happens. The group's primary focus is Passive-Roleplay and showcasing the struggles of a resident in the hood, specifically spun off of the Westlake district in Los Angeles is what we'll be doing, Glen Park = MacArthur Park in reality, making it the perfect location/setting for this concept.

Character development will be a must, and anyone refusing to develop their characters will be met with an instant punishment whether it's IC or OOC; depending on if the issue happens on an IC basis or an OOC basis. All of the faction leaders will be taking this very seriously, and trolling will not be tolerated AT ALL... if we get word of you trolling even inside private properties you'll be met with a punishment.

We expect all members to roleplay the struggles of a resident in Westlake, as it's a pretty shitty rundown neighborhood in Los Angeles.

DM myself, or SHADOW.MHGS.XV3 for any questions etc, don't bash the thread either as it'll be taken quite seriously.
