Re: ROZE Enterprise ━ Entertainment & Events
1: Fire Safety Procedures
- 1.1: Immediately pull the nearest fire alarm pull station as you exit the building.
- 1.2: When evacuating the building, be sure to feel doors for heat before opening them to be sure there is no fire danger on the other side.
- 1.3: If there is smoke in the air, stay low to the ground, especially your head, to reduce inhalation exposure. Keep on hand on the wall to prevent disorientation and crawl to the nearest exit.
- 1.4: Once away and clear from danger, report on the radio that you are safe and immediately call 911.
- 1.5: While waiting for the Fire Department, make sure everyone is okay. If there is an injured individual, examine their injury and perform the Basic Life Support with the right First-Aid Kit.
- 1.6: Keep everyone calm and don't let anyone be the hero, not even yourself, the best we can do in that situation is to wait for the Fire Department.
- 1.7: Use a fire extinguisher only if safe to do so and only to make a way outside.
- 1.8: Stay away from the building until it is safe to return.
2: Fire Safety Precautions and Fire Systems Equipment
- 2.1: Keep doorways, corridors, and egress paths clear and unobstructed. Make sure that all electrical appliances and cords are in good condition and UL approved. Do not overload electrical outlets. Use surge-protected multi-outlet power strips and extension cords when necessary.
- 2.2: Never store flammable materials.
- 2.3: Do not tamper with any fire system equipment such as smoke detectors, pull stations, or fire extinguishers. Doing so is a criminal offense.
- 2.4: Raising a false alarm is a criminal offense. It endangers the lives of the occupants and emergency personnel.
IMPORTANT: DO treat every fire alarm as an emergency. If the alarm sounds, escort everyone outside the building immediately.
3: What to NOT DO:
- 3.1: DON’T assume that a fire alarm is a test or burned microwave popcorn. Any alarm could be the result of a dangerous fire.
- 3.2: DON’T waste time collecting personnel items. Take your keys and yourself to safety as soon as possible.
- 3.3: DON’T use the elevators during a fire emergency; always use the stairs.

Summary:
- During your time in the company you will come across many different nightclubs, casinos, and other business jobs. The Patrol position is one of the most important roles in guarding. You will be faced with different situations during your patrol assignment and as such you will have to abide by certain procedures to ensure your safety and the safety of your colleagues and the people's safety.
Procedures:
- ALWAYS listen to your Supervisors/Managers. It is important to do so as they are more trained and experienced in many situations. When a supervisor+ says so; do so.
- OBSERVE and REPORT is one important rule of this position. During your patrol, you may come across situations like harassment. When a customer (usually a female) complains of another person of harassment you are to acknowledge that report and observe the situation closely. If it turns out that the accused male/female continues his/her actions, he/she has to be escorted outside.
There will be different situations happening and you should act on them appropriately and with evidence, not just on a statement, as stated above.
What is VIP?
Most of the nightclubs around Los Santos are crowded and well arranged. A lot of celebrities and other famous people often visit nightclubs for their relaxations. The VIP can be present in other events too, it is not only for the nightclubs. The VIP is basically a place inside the nightclub or the event for the people who pay some extra tickets for extraordinary service and location. VIP lounges are mostly expected close to the main scenario with a private bar and mostly free drinks.
Duty at VIP entrance:
- The VIP entrance is normally handled by one of the security units on his own. The main purpose of the security unit at the VIP door is to make sure that the person entering the VIP pays the amount of the ticket.
- The security unit needs to place the amount in the cashbox and make sure that the person entering does not have any visual harmful material with him.
- If someone sneaks through or forces through the unit and heads inside the VIP, the security unit SHOULD NOT leave his/her position at all. Rather should report into the security unit patrolling inside the VIP lounge.
- If a person states that he is invited in the VIP lounge by the owner or manager, the security unit would be expected to report the person's name and assistance of any high command or the manager.
- DO NOT let anyone enter without the payment unless the manager or owner makes it clear that the person is allowed to enter the VIP lounge.
- At the closing time, make sure that the cash-box is safely handed over to a Roze Enterprise manager so that it can be handed to the correct management at the venue.
Patrolling at VIP:
- A security unit is always expected to be present in the VIP lounge all the time. The duty of patrolling at VIP is similar to the duty of normal patrolling units.
- The security unit patrolling at VIP has to make sure that there is nothing suspicious or unacceptable going on inside the VIP lounge.
- As stated above in the What is VIP section, the security unit present in the VIP lounge should expect the security unit at the door to report in about a person entering without paying the VIP entrance fee. The security unit at the VIP needs to reach the person and tell him to pay the VIP entrance fee at the VIP door in order to enter the VIP lounge. If the person rejects to pay then the security unit will have to ask the person to leave the VIP lounge. If the person even rejects to leave the lounge then the unit will have to force him out of the VIP lounge for the safety of the other VIP guests. Assistance can be called in that case if needed.
What is a bouncer?
A bouncer(doorman) is a type of security guard, employed at venues such as bars, nightclubs, strip clubs, casinos, restaurants, or concerts. They are mainly preferred to stay at the doors and perform their duty on the entrance.
Duties of a bouncer(Doorman):
- A bouncer's duties are to provide security, check legal age, to refuse entry for intoxicated persons, and to deal with aggressive behavior or non-compliance with statutory or establishment rules while at the doors without leaving the position.
- Bouncers are often required where crowd size, clientele, or alcohol consumption may make arguments or fights a possibility, or where the threat or presence of criminal gang activity or violence is high. But they cannot leave the position until they are asked for assistance.
Steps to be strictly followed while working as a bouncer(Doorman):
- You are NOT ALLOWED to leave your position if you are working on the doors whatever happens. You can only leave the door if the security supervisor asks you to do so.
- You are NOT ALLOWED to frisk anyone without any proper reason, frisking any person on the doors without any proper reason can result in a warning or other punishments.
- If someone passes through a metal detector and it beeps, you are advised to politely ask if he is carrying anything which is not allowed inside the venue.
- If the person states that he just has some non-contraband metals such as belt-buckle etc, you are advised to have that person remove any metals and try to pass the detectors again. If the object cannot be removed, you may request to conduct a search.
- Make sure you DO NOT keep any of the belongings from the customer such as their ID card, bags, or anything else. All of the individual's belongings must be returned.
- If someone trespasses without showing his ID, you are advised to report in via radio as quickly as possible so that the staff on patrol duty can step forward and handle the issue. (You can not leave your position just to follow that person who trespassed)
- If you are working on the doors, you are allowed to ask for a position swap after half of your contracted time at the venue has passed, so that you may get a different position as doorman duty is can be tougher than the other duties.
What is Crowd?
[A] crowd is a large group of people that are gathered or considered together. A crowd may be definable through a common purpose or set of emotions, such as at a political rally, a sports event, or during looting, or may simply be made up of many people going about their business in a busy area. -Wikipedia
Types of crowds we expect:
- Expressive Crowd: This type of crowd is mainly a group of people gather to express a feeling in favor of or against any specific person, authority, or political party. The crowd is expected to have a peaceful rally while obeying all the rules and laws, however, this is not always the case. Always refer to your GC training on which sorts of situations you are allowed to intervene with.
- Spectator: This type of crowd usually gathers to watch a situation out of curiosity, instruction, and entertainment. Spectators are expected in any place where something out of ordinary happens.
- Sightseer: This type of crowd often forms when any kind of incidents such as murder, robbery, accident, disaster, fire, etc happen. This type of crowd often keeps to themselves, however, it is important the keep these types of situations under control to avoid any escalation.
- Hostile Crowd: This type of crowd is often motivated with a feeling of hate or anger, it is clear that this type of crowd may be violent.
What is a crowd control:
Crowd control is an act to manage the crowd and keep it under the rules and regulations of law followed by the specific place, venue, region, city, state, or country.
How to control the crowd?
- Crowd control measures should apply according to the nature of the crowd. As a security guard, you can NOT do much with a hostile crowd because it can threaten your safety, along with your licenses. If you are involved with a crowd control situation, ALWAYS take the necessary measures for your safety, and the safety of others.
- Verbal abuse MUST BE IGNORED no matter how aggravating they may become. On the other hand, immediate action MUST BE TAKEN to address those who assault, throw objects, or attempt in any way to interfere with protective units.
- When controlling a crowd you may require sufficient manpower to overwhelm or disperse those involved. If the demonstration or gathering becomes hostile, YOU SHOULD NOT HESITATE to inform the police and ask for back up from as many as security guards that available.
Rules to follow while controlling a crowd:
- You are asked to be friendly with the guests, but also remain firm.
- Keep your eyes on the crowd and be ready to take action on time.
- Call for assistance if the situation escalates.
- If a crowd becomes unmanageable move away for your safety and ask for the law enforcement to assist as quickly as possible, as the situation may lead to loss of many lives or property.
- Ensure that the police and security forces do not panic a crowd by hasty action, arrogance, or thoughtlessness. If the crowd goes out of control due to any of your actions, you may be subject to punishment.

Re: ROZE Enterprise ━ Entertainment & Events

This guide is only to be used as a document where you can understand what your job is and what you will need to do. This handbook alone will not teach you everything about bartending as you are expected to have at least some experience, and you will also be trained by a supervisor. The handbook will include the following topics:
.
.
I. What is a 'bartender'? & Your Uniform
II. Before an opening.
III. During an opening.
IV. After an opening.
V. Summary.
.
.
A bartender is a person who formulates and serves alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar, usually in a licensed establishment. Bartenders also usually maintain the supplies and inventory for the bar. A bartender can generally mix classic cocktails such as a Cosmopolitan, Manhattan, Old Fashioned, and Mojito. - Wikipedia
Bartenders may also work in environments where alcohol is not permitted, such as children's parties or outdoor events.
.
.
At ROZE Enterprise, we always want to keep our professionalism shown to every business that hires us. It is mandatory that a formal outfit is used in order to show such professionalism. Unless instructed otherwise, you must use the uniform provided to you during all work hours.
(( Skins: (IDs 171 and 172): ))
.
.
.
.
Before arriving at a business, all staff are required to meet up at the company's headquarters garage thirty minutes before the beginning of your assigned work. This is done in order to assure everyone is present and suited up to work. After the manager in charge of the opening ensures everything is all set and ready to go, all staff will travel towards the business where we are hired to work. Bartenders will enter and head towards the bar. Before opening, the bartender must ensure everything is prepared, such as checking if the beer kegs and taps are well connected, all glasses and bottles set, refrigerator stocked up and his tools (shaker, etc) are ready to be used. After ensuring everything is set, the bartender must wait until the start of the shift where he will proceed with his job as a bartender.
.
.
.
This is where all the action happens. During the opening, you are to focus only on serving customers with whatever they desire. If a customer is being rude to you in any way, you are free to call in a security guard to check out the situation, but DO NOT answer back to the customer. This only gives birth to unnecessary conflicts, which we want to avoid at all times. On the other hand, you, the bartender, are free to stop serving someone if you deem that the customer has drunk too much and is dangerous if given any more alcohol. Always treat customers respectfully, remember to enjoy your workplace and the people around you.
.
.
.
Once the clock hits the end of your shift, you will start preparing to close the bar. That doesn't always mean that you must stop serving people entirely. If there were customers waiting before your shift ended, you must serve them, then start preparing to close. Clean up your bar, make sure it is just as clean as it was when you arrived; This includes cleaning up empty glasses on the bar, spillages, restocking the fridge, etc. After making sure everything is perfect, you may leave your bar and regroup with the team.
.
.
.
This short explanation pretty much sums up what you're expected to do as a bartender. Of course, this isn't a full-on guide to teach you how to do your job totally. Yet again, this is something to try and make someone understand what they're expected to do as a bartender. Your full training will be conducted by a supervisor in due time, covering everything you need to know regarding making drinks, or anything more advanced that is not covered in this article. Always remember to treat customers respectfully and most importantly, have fun.
