Ambitious, naive and ignorant. The neighborhood is a shadow of what it formerly was. Currently creating a large divide between the older figures and the younger; on one end there is a forced innocence and on the other a violent tendency to prove a reputation by any means.
Through constant growth while police presence has been focused on other gang neighborhoods, the 415 neighborhood bloods disbanded into an organised outfit. By slowly funnelling out those that were not capable, certain figures rose through the ranks quickly and found new ways to make money that normal street kids would normally not be associated with.
The distance between the top of the ladder and the activities of the streets grows larger as time goes on. Aims of creating a seamless system of profiteering through illegal activities and cleaning money through legal enterprises has helped create a balance that makes mysterious figures of the neighborhood look innocent in the eyes of many.
History is all the younger generations have in the modern world of gang banging. Beefs that started decades ago still hold weight today and territories are currently controlled by the gangs of old. In Idlewood, the motto goes:
A motto that was once created by an infamous Idlewood gang banger called double O.G Cheese; otherwise known as Nicholas Davies.
"Bertified in Los Santos, Fortified in Idlewood."
The rebirth of the bloods in Idlewood came about when two friends with ties to OGs from the old days decided to pick up the red flag. A war commenced in the heart of Idlewood between the BDs in the area and the new crew which was led by 5-Shotz and Joker. The tide of the war quickly changed when Jamal Meadows changed his alliegence from the BDs to the newly formed blood set; indefinitely crumbling the structure that the BDs once had. Out of the ashes of the bloody war came the rise of the Original Block Damus.
However the leader of the Original Block Damus met his end quickly after a power struggle within the gang. An unknown hoodlum took it upon himself to beat 5-Shotz to death infront of the whole neighborhood and gun down Jamal Meadows for the respect he felt he deserved. It is rumoured that the unknown hoodlum was later gunned down by a loyal OBD Y.G that still roams the streets of Idlewood today.
After the set change from OBD to 415NB, things were calm and steadily growing within the neighborhood. Faces came and went and reputations were built and lost over time. The set had seen the rise of new leadership that completely took over from where the old left off. Wars on multiple fronts were started in order to build a fearless reputation and many wars were lost just as they were won.
An era began where the neighborhood no longer referred to themselves as 415NB. Instead demon block, lazy lane, snowside and 107th were created in the gang's place. Each crew held it's own hierarchy and structure. During the era, many gang banging greats fell through the cracks and found their demise due to heated gang rivalries. Some of the known names to have met their end were Dirk Harris and Elijah Rashford. It was an era of ups and downs where a majority of the neighborhood's old and new met their maker.
During the downfall of each individual set, the leadership of the neighborhood took it upon themselves to force changes to cope with the new struggles. Not everyone in the area enjoyed the changes and that led to a larger loss of members than prior eras. However through persistence and dedication, the neighborhood is rumoured to still be operating to this day but with an obvious decrease in activity. In the modern era, it is questioned often if the flag the neighborhood once prided themselves in carrying is even relevant amongst the new era.
Out of Character
We're a very welcoming faction to players of all role play abilities. Therefore, it is easy to find Rpers that may not impress and Rpers that may surprise within our ranks. We choose to help members if members are willing to take advice and learn because we've all been noobs at one point.
However, this does not mean that we allow rule breaking or trolling around our faction. If we find that members purposefully break rules or troll, they will be kicked out without any exceptions. Our main focus in-game is to have fun but if you can not have fun through genuine role play, role playing may not be for you. We do not condone any forms of OOC racism or hatred towards others.
Our faction represents a blood culture that was entirely created and developed throughout the years on LSRP. We do things very differently to real life counterparts and that's what makes us different from other blood factions on the server.
A focus of ours in-game is character development. We do not restrict ages of new members nor do we force any restrictions on how people choose to develop. If member's ever need advice on how to improve their character development, they can always forum PM one of the many faction leaders after encountering them in-game.
Any concerns can be forum PMd to me. Thread will be updated frequently for improvements. Graphics used are mainly place holders until we get something better. s/o Jeffrey for some of the dope gfx.
Faction members should consider joining our private forum to stay in touch with leaders. The private forum is generally used to keep track of members within the faction. http://415bloodn.prophpbb.com/
