  • 3. Abuse of Furniture Items (House & Apartment Rules)
    [ADDITION] It is not allowed to create "deathmatch" interiors. This means narrow hallways just when you /enter that leaves the defender of the house at a huge advantage, for example when barricading against Law Enforcement Officers. If you are in doubt if what you've created is up-to-par with the standards, send the Head of Properties a forum PM with your house address and that you'd like to have it checked if it's alright.

  • Legal Faction Rules
    [ADDITION] Processing of Inmates in Prison by the Police
    This rule clarifies what is expected by the LSPD and LSSD in relation to imprisoning people and collecting their mugshots/prints/DNA at SADCR's prison facility.
    • Police factions do not need to collect DNA, mugshots, or fingerprints when imprisoning someone at the SADCR's prison facility. This is to be NPC'd as collected by SADCR's staff or may be roleplayed by SADCR's staff if available and desired. SADCR's facility shall be treated as full service facility which means the SADCR facility and its staff would be required to collect the above.
    • The jailing procedure is to remain the same and can be NPC'd if desired by both parties.

    [CHANGES] Advertising gambling is not allowed, only exception being official casinos.
Since this wasn't clear to some — unlicensed gambling is covered by the illegal ads rule. You may only advertise gambling if you're an official casino or otherwise officially licensed entity.

  • Common sense
    [ADDITION] You are not allowed to log into two accounts at once.
This has always been enforced, but seems to be something a lot of players never knew was a part of the common sense rules.

    [ADDITION] Helicopter Camping
    • The LSSD/LSPD may not utilize their helicopter units to camp out illegal faction turfs. A helicopter unit may respond to the scene of a 911 call, or if called in by ground units to assist in an active situation. Air units are allowed to patrol and fly over turfs, but should not hover above turfs idly to search for a situation for longer than a minute.

  • House Ownership (1)
    [CHANGES] 1. House Ownership
    • You are allowed to hold a maximum of 4 houses/apartments and 2 apartment complexes per active character. Apartment complexes owned must be actively managed to allow players to buy apartments.

      Punishments: Loss of owned properties with no refund.

      If you wish to own more than allowed, you may request permission from the Head of Properties.

      Apartment complexes linked to a faction are not taken into consideration for the limit.

    [ADDITION]
    • While in a vehicle, including a rental, if a weapon is seen on your person, on your lap, or otherwise, it can be roleplayed by any party that spots it. If a weapon is visible in a vehicle, you may roleplay seeing it. In order to hide a weapon, you must use /place or /equip when available. You should not /place it after it has already been spotted and claim you roleplayed putting it away previously. There are no exceptions to this rule.

    • You are allowed to hold a maximum of:
      • 4 houses/apartments per active character.
      • 2 complexes per active character.
      • 2 businesses per active character.
      • 2 stand-alone garages per active character.
      • 1 exclusive vehicle per active character.
  • Absence (2)
    [CHANGES] Absence
    • You must actively use the properties owned by your characters. If you are found to be inactive on any given character, you lose your owned properties after:
      • Normal Members: Properties will be removed after 14 days (2 week) of inactivity.
      • Premium Members: Properties will be removed after 21 days (3 weeks) of inactivity.
      • Banned Members: Properties will be removed after the ban is issued.
  • Furniture System (3)
    [ADDITION] Furniture System
    • You may not temporarily buy a property for the sole reason of selling its furniture for a quick profit.
  • Complex Management (4)
    [ADDITION/CHANGES] Complex Management
    • If you own an apartment complex you must have a detailed, stickied thread in the Complex Websites section with up-to-date rules and complex regulations.

      All complexes must be maintained out of character. This includes doing your own activity checks and handling requests on a regular basis. Complex owners will also be required to post an activity report at the start of every month on their Apartment Complex Record.

      All apartment evictions must be requested and approved in your Apartment Complex Record before the eviction goes ahead. The reason for eviction must be legitimate and in breach of your complex rules or server rules.
      • Players who buy one apartment on market price (without permission) is not a valid reason to evict. Use /allowsale to prevent this. If the player bought several apartments, contact Head of Properties.
  • Lease Information (5)
    [ADDITION] Lease Information
    • Leases are temporary ownership of a property, which may otherwise be unobtainable, with a monthly fee and supervision of the Property Team. Leases are for:
      • Businesses
      • Offices
      • Casinos
      • Warehouses
      • Exclusive and custom houses
      The leases are handled separately by the Property Team, and are only relevant to active lease holders.
