Also Vin, that myd team looks shitty =P

Lol, it's who we were drawn against. I play against top-UK Teams and current EPS at this moment in time. Not exactly playing at the 'top' level but i'm top 10 uk :)

lol I hope you guys are kidding ;P they don't even got a good anticheat .. Been cheating there my self to try if it would work, never been caught, now I'm just playing the ladders and gathers/tournaments there,

Actually ended at position 8 with my team in the 5on5 and position 33 out of 30000 teams in the 2on2 ladder,

Personally I think you go pro by training at aim maps alot and try to increase your game knowledge, knowing when to pull and when to stay and defence etc.

Being a good CS player isn't all about the shooting skills. Sure, you can be a pub star by only being good at shooting, but during team competitions you need to work well with your teammates and be able to execute tactics accordingly. A major tool that's definitely required to be "good" is knowing how to use your grenades, flashbangs, and smokes as well as knowing when to push/fall back.

+10 I myself mainly aim for winning the round while playing, some of the guys I mix with just go for the frags etc.

I play since 1.5 and the highest skill I reached was mid-high. Currently I am low-mid. I have played LANS and quite a high level in Holland.

This is a small movie of me of half an year ago but there I was low-mid

Low mid - mid. But I usually shoot such sick shots , that I can't believe I made them. Like I owned a sniper from about 30meters long with USP. I made a headshot there. That was funny.
