LS-RP now uses a new support system to make sure you all gets faster and more reliable replies to your questions. The web page is at http://support.foco.co and is the only place you'll get private support. That means, no more PM's to testers, admins and leads about different questions!

Remember: Admins do not ever need, nor will EVER ask for, your passwords for any of your accounts. Please do not list any passwords of your accounts in these support tickets.

You simply create a ticket and then will receive an email giving you details on how you can follow the progress of your request. Our Ticket Assistants will aim to initially reply to your questions and requests within 24 hours and gather the information they need to proceed with actioning your request. Please note that once all the information has been received, it may take slightly longer for your request to be actioned as it depends entirely on the circumstances and staff/remedy action involved. We will aim to keep you updated on the progress of the situation should you ask for it.

In order to speed up your request, we often ask for necessary information to help us action your request. It would help to list this information in your first message so we can get on with it right away, as opposed to asking for it and then having to wait for you to reply. Below is a list of topics we see frequently which you can use the Support Site for. Simply click on any to see information regarding that topic and what we need to know to help you with this issue:

To report a bug, please use the Bug Tracker Forum.

Please use the sub-forum "Questions / Technical Support" for SA-MP/technical issues, and the "Community Support" sub-forum for registration / basic character support.

Player reports and unban appeals still go in their respective forums. We do not answer any of these on the support system.

Requesting a TeamSpeak Room

In order to receive your premium teamspeak channel we will need to know the following information.
Ingame name:
Teamspeak name:
Channel name:
Password (optional):



The Teamspeak channel will be created as a sub channel to the "Private Channels - Read Description" channel in alphabetical order. You will automatically be given channel admin for this channel. You must ensure you have logged onto the server before to enable your teamspeak name to have registered.

This channel does not expire or disappear when your donation runs out. However, you MUST claim the channel whilst you are a donator. We cannot create channels for past donators or players whos memberships have recently expired.

You are required to have active Silver or Gold Membership status.

Secret Word Resets

Firstly, please ensure you have read Krisks thread HERE

We will then need the following information:

Ingame Name:
UCP Account name:
Any PAST & CURRENT Email addresses you have owned:
IP addresses:
Forum Name:
ISP:


It is VITAL that you provide as much information as possible so we can match the account details to what information you provide us here.

Once the account has been verified and that we are happy that you are the owner of the account, it will be put in the queue to have the secret word reset. You will be notified when this has been completed.

Please search for the forum username that you are requesting to make sure it not already taken: memberlist.php?mode=searchuser

- You are required to have 1 namechange on your account.
- 1 namechange will be deducted from your account.

Forum Rank Changes

In order to have your rank set up we need to know the following;

Forum name:
Ingame name:


This will enable you to receive your Bronze Member, Silver Member, or Gold Member forum rank. These do not disappear when your donation runs out. However, we can only set them when your accounts have active membership on them - they cannot be set once your donation has run out. If you wish for it to be removed at any time, this can be done by sending in another ticket.

You are required to have active Bronze, Silver or Gold Membership.

For Gold Members

Gold members can have their own custom forum rank. In order to have your rank set up we need to know the following;
Forum name:
Ingame name:
Requested Forum Rank:


Please note that we will literally be copying and pasting exactly what is after that colon above so make sure you don't add any periods, commas, quotations marks etc if you dont want them to be added to your rank.

Problems with Premium memberships/Donating

We need to know the following information when having issues with your donation/payments:

Order/Transaction numbers:



Please note that only Mow can answer or help with donation queries so it will be helpful to provide as much information as possible when it comes to requesting help.

If you have forgotten your DaoPay PIN code or did not receive one, follow the steps below:
Log into the UCP and follow these steps to redeem your DaoPay pin code..

Donator Panel (LS:RP Donator Central) > Click the DAOPAY logo under Donate > Click which donation package you've purchased > Click the DAOPAY logo at the bottom of the page > Click "Do you need help?" at the bottom of the white page > Click "Resume payment" on the bottom left side > Enter your order number in the box and end it with clicking "Ok".

Forgotten Passwords (IG & UCP accounts)

We will need the following information:
Ingame Name:
UCP Account name:
Any PAST & CURRENT Email addresses you have owned:
IP addresses:
Forum Name:
ISP:


Once your account is verified and we are happy you are the owner of the account, we will reset the passwords for you. Ingame passwords can only be sent to the email address associated with that account when you signed up. If you do not have access to this anymore you MUST inform us of this and provide a new email address for us to assign to your account and reset your password to.

All admins/testers can only reset your INGAME password for you. UCP passwords can only be reset by Management (which takes longer) or by yourselves. Provided you know your username and email address, you can get it reset by following step 1.2 on this guide: viewtopic.php?f=87&t=178888
