The garage (and property & business) functions tied to the whole signal checking thing not being cached properly, they were called from the phone loop. That was patched, nonetheless (see the last screenshot). You're right though, in the sense that there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of performance optimization, considering the script went through ten years of changes in what's considered the standard. But it doesn't look like that is the cause of the recent issues.

From the looks of it, it's likely to be a ton of optimization issues stacked upon each other.

This lag has been happening forever, it's just getting worst now. No one really knows why the server is lagging with 400 people, it used to only lag when it hit 600. Mmartin will figure it out, no doubt about it.

Yeah it started when flares, ladders, medic thingy were added. Who knows if that's the reason of the lag tho.
