Which fighting instructor sidejob do you want?: Boxer Instructor

Ingame name:Caitlin Payne

Ingame age:25

Character's story(You can use the story from your application):

UPBRINGING
Caitlin Payne had a rough upbringing, she wasn't from the hood but she wasn't rich either. Her family was definitely poverty - stricken however. She resorted to fighting, she'd fight in school, she'd fight at home and she'd fight on the rare occasion her family would go on vacation. Their vacations weren't very good though, it'd usually be to a different state or out in the countryside. It didn't matter though, Caitlin enjoyed spending time with her mother and father. However, when Caitlin matured a bit more and hit the big age of eighteen, her mother passed away after a long and depressing fight with cancer. Although Caitlin thinks she's over it, certain people could say different. Caitlin wanted to resort to crime, but she didn't know which sort of crime. Did she want to hang out in the hood? Did she want to deal drugs? Eventually, she decided to form a group of friends, which wasn't really a gang yet instead was rather just a bunch of people who would protect each other.

What really ruined Caitlin was the passing of her father when she was 23. Caitlin had no more family in town and decided to move to Los Santos in hopes of forming a new family, she no longer had any support in her home town, she strives to teach people the stuff she was never thought. For self-defense of course.

JOURNEY TO LS
She blogged a lot on her long journey to Los Santos, she'd write about her past and take a picture for every state she entered, attaching it to the blog with a small bit of text that would say something along the lines of "Just entered another state, one step closer to my new life." She went by plane to the nearest airport to Los Santos, and then took a three-hour bus journey to Los Santos, upon reaching there she had to decide what she would do.

EARLY LIFE IN LS
Caitlin found it hard to make friends for her first year in Los Santos, she was renting a place in Jefferson which actually didn't go that well considering the place was crime - ridden, she used her previously learned self - defence skills to protect herself which worked decently, however, it didn't work that well when they were brandishing a weapon or anything like that. Hence Caitlin moved to Santa Maria Apartment Complex, didn't have that much crime, however, there were some instances. After four months of being lonely in LS, she met a few friends and stuck with them like tape.

She got a job as a bartender for a short period of time and quit it after she had enough to buy a car, she bought a Greenwood. Then she decided she'd really start her life.

Ingame level: 9

What type of roleplayer are you? (Cop/Gang/Mafia/Gov/Civilian) Mafia / Civilian

How do you plan to treat the instructor job(Roleplaying/giving it out/training)? I personally intend to have six to eight phases on training depending on how everything works out. Please find below the phases listed.

I also intend to open a gym for great roleplay experiences, it'd be an active gym and wouldn't just host a session whenever needed, there would almost constantly be people there training as it is an atmosphere I strive to create.

PHASE ONE
Overview
This would consist of an overview of what shall be learned in the class, essentially make everybody feel welcome before getting into some intense training.

PHASE TWO
WARM UP
The warm up would consist of some crunches, sit-ups just basic stuff, please find a list of what would be done to warm up below.

- STRETCHING
- 20 CRUNCHES
- 15 SITUPS
- SHORT JOG
- 10 PUSHUPS
- 10 CRUNCHES

PHASE THREE
HEAVY BAG
The heavy bag is as displayed; a heavy bag, basically a punching bag. In this exercise, we'll practice on delivering as many hits to it as possible in a certain time extent. The heavy bag is very useful as it can simulate a tough opponent in which you'll have to deliver hits to, it doesn't hit back so it's not as punishing however if you don't get your form right then it can hurt.

HOW TO SPAR
For anyone new to boxing or just general combat training, we'd give an overview on how to spar, so people know when to stop hitting their opponent, where to avoid hitting your opponent, and when you /should/ hit your opponent, this is for obvious reasons as we don't intend to have any serious injuries delivered to anybody.

PHASE FOUR
SHADOW BOXING
The concept of Shadow Boxing is quite simple, however, we'd give a short overview before beginning, this is much less punishing than the heavy bag and sparring. Basically, they'd have to pretend their opponent is in front of them, and deliver hits to them, dodge imaginary hits, basically fight an invisible opponent. This is great as they would not take any injuries and it's a quick warm up before sparring.

PHASE FIVE
SHORT BREAK
There would be a five-minute break to ensure everybody is alright with the current situation, questions would be answered and a short overview of what's going to happen would be given. We'd supply everybody with water before continuing.

PHASE SIX
SPARRING
Sparring is as close as everybody would get to fighting, they'd be fighting somebody who learned /exactly/ what they learned. This is fantastic as instead of just pretending to have an opponent, they can fight somebody who matches their skill set. Every punch they throw can either cause them to lose or win, therefore they have to be extremely aware of the situation. Depending on how many people are there they would either fight each other or fight with me.

PHASE SEVEN
CONCLUSION
The conclusion is the part where everybody is congratulated on their learning lesson and given the fighting style, they're then influenced to come back to the gym and are welcome whenever.

Every fighting style you give out will give out to a warning to all the admins & testers online so abusing will be caught on the spot.
