Which fighting instructor sidejob do you want?: Boxing instructor.

Ingame name: Ellen Holland

Ingame age: 23

Character's story(You can use the story from your application):
Spoiler: show
Ellen is a 23 year old female from Michigan. She lives in a loving and caring family. She lives with her two brothers, mom and dad. Ellen was never like all the other girls in the school, she was into Martial Arts. She loved to fight, she used to compete in amateur MMA tournaments and was the USA National Amateur MMA Champion (UMMAF) 2004 in her weight class. Ellen was also doing good in school, however, she hated math and it was always a struggle for her. Her grades were decent, she didn't have many friends in school, but the only friends she had always took care of her and helped her out when things went wrong.
After she finished school she couldn't find out what to do. She wasn't into modeling or anything like that, like most of the girls. She was desperate for money end ended up joining Central Michigan Correctional Facility. She never imagined herself working in a prison, but she ended up enjoying the job, the fact that she could help someone out and learn from their mistakes at the same time.
However, Ellen decided that she wants to move to San Andreas after two years of working in the Central Michigan Correctional Facility. Her goal was to move to San Andreas, finally start living by herself, San Andreas Correctional Facility would be a much better place for Ellen, she'd have much more carreer opportunities there and she'd be happy in San Andreas.

Ellen has settled in San Andreas and has been living here for the five months. She has been transfered to San Andreas Correctional Facility and is currently a CO I. She often takes extra night shits to try and make her way up the ladders of SADOC and make it big. Ellen lives with her childhood friend named Conor. They both have a flat in Temple, recently Ellen took a big loan to have interior designers design the flat Ellen and Conor own. Her interests are to make her home feel like really home. She is now thrown under the rock and has to work 10 years if she was to stay as a Correctional Officer I to pay off the loan. Tries to spend as little money as possible.

Ellen has met a lot of new people and gained a lot of friends due to her doing something and being active all the time. She became a coach in Lion Cage GYM and is now teaching beginner boxers for free. She has started getting back in shape, but is often found tired after her long day of work and training. She has also started competing in amateur boxing again and hopes to make her name somewhat known by it. Is currently the LS Boxing associations amateur female champion in 145 lbs.
Ingame level: 10

What type of roleplayer are you? (Cop/Gang/Mafia/Gov/Civilian)Cop

How do you plan to treat the instructor job(Roleplaying/giving it out/training)?
I'm planning to make a group training session, where we'll go by the exercises and I won't just make them do the exercises, but actually teach them what's right and what isn't, since I've been boxing and competing myself for a year now and I do know a lot about boxing, the technique etc. The players will receive the fightstyle after the training and I'll continue constantly making training sessions, so if they want to, they can continue coming to the GYM and getting their workouts in, sparring rounds, bagwork etc and roleplay their character getting better and better. Over time there will also be actual fights happening between two of the boxers from the Lion Cage GYM or some other GYM.
Daily boxing workout

[*]Roadwork
Roadwork means running, but it's a little different. For boxing, the roadwork is one of the most important exercises, especially if you're competing. It builds up your stamina and develops your leg muscles. Roadwork for boxers involves big explosive bursts (sprinting), which really immitates a real fight. You're moving around, pumping the jab and the next thing you know, you're throwing big explosive bursts one after another and then you go back to pumping the jab. Also while doing the roadwork, the boxers are suddenly told to perform a burpee or a boxing combination (jab, straight; jab, straight, left uppercut to the head, hook to the head)

[*]Distance: 6 miles.
Stretching your leg muscles, core etc.
500 metres (warm up)
100 metres sprint.
350 metres jog
100 metres sprint ( Repeat until the distance (6km) is finished)

[*]Warming up (Stretching, jumping rope)

Warming up is very important, especially in boxing. You're doing very intense and hard exercises, also you're moving quickly, sending your fist towards something with all your power, if you haven't warmed up properly, it's very possible to get injured.

[*]Stretching your back, arms, wrists etc.

[*]Shadowboxing

[*]Shadowboxing: Four rounds

Shadowboxing is a very good and important exercise for boxing. It allows you to work on your speed and is the best exercise to work on your technique, footwork etc without actually punching anything. However, it takes a lot of energy out of you. It immitates a real fight, however, there isn't anything in front of you, so the boxer has to imagine an opponent in front of him, throwing punches and moving same as himself. It's also a good exercise to warm up and get ready for the "bigger" exercises, sparring, heavybag etc.

[*]Heavybag

[*]Heavybag: Four rounds

Heavybag is also very important, it's like shadowboxing, but there is actually something in front of you. It helps you built the explosive power and also technique when involving a lot of power in punching. As you punch the bag, it moves all around the place, so you actually have to use your body to pivot and get out of the way of the bag. It is also a good cardio exercise and works on your reaction time.
[*]Padwork

[*]Padwork: Three rounds.

Padwork is a very good exercise for boxing. It works on your reaction time and builds sharpness.

[*]Groundwork/floorwork

50 situps. ( Can do with breaks)
100 pullups (Can do with breaks)
2min plank
25x4 tricep dips.
2min leg raises.
20x5 burpees

[*]Floorwork involves doing exercises like pushups, pullups, handstand pushups, dips, bodyweight squats, ab work. It's very important to do these exercises to be in the best shape. It increases youe punching power, speed and overall strength. For example, ab work helps you take a punch to the body much better, which decreases the chance of a boxer getting knocked down.

[*]Sparring

[*]Sparring: Six rounds.

Sparring is the most important and best exercise in boxing. You and your sparring partner both develop your skills and test each other, practising your boxing moves in a real environment. There's actually someone throwing punches and you have to use your skills and strength, power, speed to outbox your sparring partner. The boxers will always use a headgear and a mouthpiece to protect themselves. Sparring partners will be choosen by looking at their experience. If we have a two fighters that are very experienced and two fighters that are beginners, then I will pair up the beginners and the experienced boxers together for obvious reasons.
