Which fighting instructor sidejob do you want?: Boxer Instructor.

Ingame name: Thomas Cole.

Ingame age: 37.

Character's story(You can use the story from your application): Cole was born in Boston, United States at 1980. He had a father who won the championship at Boston three times on the row and was playing in the heavy weight. When Cole reached the age of eight, he entered the school and stayed there for approximately nine years, until he reached the age of seventeen. Thomas had two brothers including Tommy and Mathew and one sister, Daisey. Mathew decided to travel to San Andreas, he stayed there for three years and then he was killed by Italians. Thomas and Tommy decided to move to San Andreas, Thomas figured out that living in San Andreas requires strong people as the place is dangerous and anybody may get killed anytime. Thomas decided to search for a GYM and start working out his body then learn the boxing martial. After several years of training, he decided to partipicate in certain tournaments and he could win three tournaments in total, including the gym at Conference Center and the gym at Eastern part of the city. He was known as Night Death previously then he changed his title to TCC. Once he reached the age of twenty seven, he received news about his father, that he made an accident and died. He traveled to Boston with Tommy to check out what happened to their father, after staying there for three months, they went back to San Andreas then Thomas had noticed that many people have ambition and that were looking for instructors to help them with their fighting career. Thomas discussed that with Tommy and many of his friends, then he decided to open a gym in the future. Thomas started climbing his way up, started working really efficiently and productively until he could climb his way up after several years of working. Once Thomas climbed his way up and became Jew, he decided to open a gym where people can always come to work out and train so that they can start their career successfully and to make their dreams true. Once Thomas purchased a property where he switched it into a gym, he brought all his friends and even brought a Kung Fu instructor and decided to set this gym for multiple uses, Kung Fu training, Boxing Training and tournaments every weekend. He could bring two Kung Fu instructors and he decided to handle the boxing side himself as he has ten years of boxing experience. Then he decided to start giving lessons for people to work out their body along with learning new martials at this gym.

How do you plan to treat the instructor job(Roleplaying/giving it out/training)?
I will be giving private lessons to those who are willing to learn the martial by going through a hard process, by improving the shape of their bodies and improve certain areas they will actually need before learning the martial, once their body and performance are ready, they will be taught the boxing in a proper way by roleplaying with them a lot, there's many stuff you will need to improve in order to start with the Martial, all of the trainings are stated below;

Trainings you will need to finish before learning the martial.

Cardiovascular Exercises;

The fighters are tended to drop their gloves and leave their heads bared. They won't be able to produce the energy to productively . That's why you are required to jog hundreds of miles around. All boxers are required to have an extreme stay, but also demand short impulse of power, that's why this training is required, that's to improve the performance of the fighters.

Core Execises:
All the fighters always generate much power from the core of the body. We can always build a strongful Core by performing execises that an entire squad. Most efficent execises that will affect the Core of the Body and make it strong are the pull-ups, crunches and squats. That's to improve the Cole of the Body as it's always needed to have enough energy.

Weight Training:
Weighhoisting always help the fighters to build the enough vigor they require to improve their punching pizzazz and power. The chest, shoulders and arms are paramounted by all the fighters as they improve the speed of the punches aswell, Biceps curls and triceps kickbacks support constructing the upper arms for the speed and performance of the punches.

Footwork:
Footwork always help the fighter with the kicks and helps the fighter to keep his balance in the ring. As the fighter is required to always keep a greater distance between him and the opponent's strong hand, the fighters are always required to keep moving their toes and that's impossible without the footwork as it improves the performance of your toes which you use to keep moving.

Abdominals:
Abdominals are the center of the body and they are always needed to keep the center of your body strong as you are always expected to receive strong kicks and punches on the center, the abdominals always help you when you face these situations, they require a strong workout but you can always grow good abdominals.

The basic moves you will need to learn.

Jab, Cross,

Jab:
The jab helps you to keep your opponent away from you, it's commonly done with the soft hand.

Cross:
The cross is the same as the Jab stated above, but it's commonly done with the strong hand instead of the soft hand, it's to keep your opponent away from you aswell and it's a very strong move and helps the fighters to beat their opponents.

Hook:
It's commonly done with the strong hand, but can be done with the soft hand aswell but it's always recommended to be done with the strong hand. It usually knocks the opponent if you sent him a hook in the head, it makes him unable to move his body when you send a hook to his body.

Uppoercut:
It's for the close range fighting, it's highly effective.

Block:
Blocking is defending certain areas of the body where you are actually blocking, it helps to keep the area you blocking safe and will not harm it. However, it requires speed as the opponent can always hit another part of your body other than the one you are currently blocking.


Usual exercises are as below:

Chest:
Barbell Bench Press - 10 reps.
Barbell pull over - 10 reps.
Cable incline fly - 10 reps.
Smith press bench press incline - 5 reps.
There's many more for the chest part but i'm stating the important exercises.

Footwork:
Barbell dead lift - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Barbell squat - 5 reps - 3 sets.
Dumbbell lunge - 15 reps - 4 sets.
Sled Calf press leg - 8-10 reps - 2 sets.

Forearms:
Barbell curl reverse - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Cable curl reverse - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Dumbbell wrist curl - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Dumbbell wrist extension - 10 reps - 1 set.


Abdominals:
Barbell push crunch - 10 reps - 2 sets.
Barbell roll out - 10 reps - 2 sets.
Bodyweight plank - 25s
Pull-ups - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Crunch - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Dumbbell side bend - 10 reps - 2 sets.

Shoulders:
Press shoulder - 10 reps - 2 sets.
Lever butterfly reverse - 10 reps - 3 sets.
Sled shoulder press - 15 reps - 1 set.
Weight plate front raise - 10 reps - 3 sets.

Would like to mention one more thing, I've been training for four years IRL and been working out my body, I'm really aware of what i'm doing.


Every fighting style you give out will give out to a warning to all the admins & testers online so abusing will be caught on the spot. Abusing the side-job will get you punished for however long or much the staff member feels would be necessary. You must /leavejob upon namechanging or if you were removed due to inactivity or other reason. Sign your name if you are competent enough to handle this side-job and will not abuse: Thomas Cole.
