Hello, I've donated and sent a FoCo support ticket to have my forum rank changed, it has yet not happened. I've applied multiple times over the past week. Anyone?

Just be patient. It'll happen. There's a lot going on right now, especially with all these new updates. Just send in a ticket and wait patiently.

No, I don't even get a ticket ID. And I get no email notification, so I can't check the status of my ticket.

That is weird. Try sending an admin a forum PM about your issue and patiently wait for a reply I should say due to the fact your tickets are not going through for you.

Just inquired people on IRC who have recently sent in tickets. According to them, it's working fine.

Make sure when you doing the ticket you put the right forum profile link ( to your profile) with the curect forum name. And maybe you missed something in your email addres when you wrote the mail over the ticket?

I've used multiple e-mail addresses, to see if one of them automatically deleted the emails that were sent to me or something like that, and same goes for the other two. I get no response regarding any ticket ID.

@outlook.com and @hotmail.com addresses do not work at the moment, I've had the same problem with FoCo ticket system.

I solved it using a @gmail.com address.
