Re: d3d9.dll enb help!
High-end computers aren't necessarily meant to run low-end ENB's. However, that may not be a problem from your end so my suggestion would be keeping d3d9.dll deleted. If that doesn't work, make a back-up folder on your GTA SA and re-install a new one so you can attempt it on a fresh GTA SA to see if the ENB isn't broken.
Also, if you don't mind can I have your PC Specs and Windows version?

Try downloading something called D3DX9_40.dll to see if that helps.

Okay, low-key going to tell you how it worked for me, and some other people too on windows 10. Basically 100% works.
1. Uninstalled EVERY GTA I had, kept the mods etc.
2. I got the steam version of GTA San Andreas, fresh install.
3. Downloaded Asiloader, modloader, etc.
4. DO NOT DELETE THE GTA-SA.EXE THAT IT INSTALLS WHEN INSTALLED FROM STEAM, KEEP IT THERE.
5. Download this: https://forum.ls-rp.com/viewtopic.php?f=222&t=584158, use the windows 10 FIX on this, add this gta_sa.exe in the folder, but make sure the "GTA-SA.EXE" from steam is there too.
6. Download any ENB, throw it in, play the game. It will not crash.

Re: d3d9.dll enb help!
Download it from the ENB I linked you, throw that GTA_SA.Exe into that from that ENB, as well as keeping that gta-sa.exe. Tearinqq#2836 <- I think, if not just PM me yours.ninjustu098 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 27, 2018 4:21 amim still crashing. Do you have discord so u can walk me thru it step my step
To be more precise: Download the FreeIns ENB V3.1, go into the windows 8-10 folder, use that GTA_SA.EXE, and leave the gta-SA.exe from steam too. Try adding his ENB only too, see if that works, if that works you can just change it up with other ENB's after. It has worked for many people the method I just linked you, hmu if you need help.
