I can't receive an authentication email...

I can't receive an authentication email for updating my account. I haven't been online for weeks. Could someone tell me what's wrong?

Have you checked your spam folder?

Also could you state what email you're using anything other than Gmail?

If not you could try changing your email on the UCP.

I don't use gmail and I can't change it because I don't remember the secret words.

I've just received some news that there are some issues with verification right now.

That might be the issue then, try wait a day or two? If not try send a ticket.

Toggle notifcations on your phone for your email, usually with foregin emails it takes a day or two to deliver, and then you must use your 60 minute window to re-activate your account, hope I helped you.

Hi man, I have had the same issue. My old email address has used to be a czech one. Out of sudden I have stopped being able to get confirmation emails. You have to open a foco ticket, ask them to change your address (to gmail, it works). Make sure to create the ticket on the gmail address, otherwise the email will not come either.

I have the same issue and I believe it's something probably with UCP or whatever, I have been waiting for hours to get my verify. Like my application got accepted and so on, but when I go IN-GAME for the second time and I get verification and than I log on the gmail and it doesn't send to me.

Check your spam folders. The past authentication email that I recieved was located in the spam folder. Either the spam folder, or "all mails" if you're using gmail.
