[GUIDE] Konichiwa's LSRP+ Screenshot Guide

LSRP+ which was made by Nexus is basically a tool dedicated especially to the LSRP community. It features a few features but we won't get into that and we'll focus on the Screenshot Editing part of things. I use to use the Photoshop method back in the day but honestly when you on LSRP on active times and trying to capture good moments with your chatlogs all together and you got adverts being thrown around left right and center it's not so easy. That made things SO long for me.

Things You Will Need

LSRP+ or the mirror version.
Sammy's Chatlog Archiver or you can use other alternatives such as the built in Chatlog Archiver.
Nexus wrote:
  • Chatlog archiver
    • If activated, this tool will save your chatlog automatically in a specific folder every time you quit your roleplay session. You won't lose any chatlog anymore.
Default output folder, which can be changed, is My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\chatlog archive

1.
  • First thing you'll see when you open up LSRP+ is a login option or continue as a guest. You log in with your LSRP UCP account details not your in-game characters name and password. For now we're going to continue as a guest.

2.
  • You want to open up Screenshot Editor then Edit Screenshot.

3.
  • Now what you want to do is browse your image. It's most likely going to in Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP/screens. Use the corners of the LSRP+ application to scale the image to whatever size you want. I'd recommend 700 X whatever if you want to perfectly fit it on the LSRP forums post size. For this one I choose something smaller. Note, this is a screenshot I had uploaded on my character development page but didn't add screenshots so I'm using it to give you guys an example. Afterwards you want to head to Chat Settings.

4.
  • Put whatever settings you want there but what I preferably think is suitable and looks closest to the original SAMP font. Keep the font Ariel and the stroke size 1. X moves the text from left to right so for example the more X's the more to the right it goes. Less X's it moves to it's right. Same as Y. More Y's it lowers, Less Y's it goes up to the top. Fill your name in the character name slot because screenshots can look complicating when it comes to phone calls for example, as both texts would be white instead of the other characters being yellow in that case. An example of this would be. After you're done everything just click SAVE!

5.
  • Now get your chatlogs ready and click set chat. You want to paste all of that with the SAMP time stamp because once you click save the time stamp will vanish. amazing right? Anyways after that's done it should look like this.

6.
  • The final product should look like this when it's exported.

UPDATED with a similar LSRP feel to it. Font looks more identical. Follow these steps.

  • Adjust ClearType settings.
  • Disable ClearType.
  • Do the display settings as you please.
