Saw them last year in Liverpool after Suck It and See came out, used to be a huge fan but Alex Turner has really put me off them, his ego has just expanded to the point where he's a dickhead. The drummer is class though.

AM is alright, but nothing will beat Humbug for me, Favorite Worst Nightmare and Whatever People Say I am Thats What Im Not as a close third.

As a close third? Whatever People Say I Am That's What I'm Not is one of the greatest debut albums ever released (behind Definitely Maybe by Oasis and The Stone Roses by The Stone Roses). I don't know how you can possibly put it third with the amount of classics known by most. And to put Humbug first? Bah! Humbug to you because it's their worst.

That's just my opinion guys, as you're entitled to your own. I completely agree with most of the widely known songs being on other albums like Favorite Worst Nightmare but to me, Humbug was just the best music, despite being widely disliked. Cornerstone is just gorgeous, and Crying Lightning's riff was tasty, man.

Don't worry man nobody's stressing. As a matter of fact, Cornerstone, Secret Door and Crying Lightning are among my favourite songs of the band and the only bad thing I can say about that album is that it simply has the least amount of songs I love compared to the other albums.

Crying Lightning is a good song and they only play Cornerstone live because it's one of two good songs on that album.

SEEN THERE IN LIVERPOOL A FEW DAYS AGO, FUCKING IMMENSE. PLAYED TRIBUTE TO LOU REED TOO.

Fuck the road, but if anybody's testing me,
It's one step away like a 5-a-side penalty.

Been one of my favorite bands since I was like 12. Never really listened to Humbug cause it always seemed kinda boring. But today I did, and it's pretty damn good. It still won't beat their debut album, which is yet the best in my opinion.

I don't really like their newest album AM. It's way too pop-ish for me and I don't know, it just doesn't have that Arctic Monkeys in that.
Oh, and their B-sides and bonus tracks are awesome!

I think Suck It And See stands a real competition to the debut album. I'd even say it's somewhat better.

I'm not a big fan of the Arctic Monkeys, but I do love some of their songs.

Fluorescent Adolescent, When the Sun Goes Down, Left Before the Light Came on and my favorite - From Ritz to Rubble. What a great song, used to listen to it day and night.
