gang where Salvador Armijo seeked a place to lay low after stepping away from the gang that he was with
in Los Santos. His cousin was an OG in the Venice 13 street gang, quickly after landing in California,
Salvador started to jump on the bandwagon of the activities within the walls of Venice 13, learning
their ways and their system. When he was jumped in he started climbing the rank ladder, and that's where
was able to prove himself to V13, starting to sell drugs for V13 in larger quantities and gaining profitable
relationships with different cartels/mobs.
Just like other Sureño sets, Venice 13 and SPF13 represent themselves with the number "13" and
use the colour blue on either clothing or accessories, such as bandanas or hats. They do this to show
their connection to the Mexican Mafia.

POSTED: August 1, 2008 at 10:30 pm
Three Venice 13 Sureños affiliates at the age of 25, 24 and 18 was arrested after the attempt of killing five affiliates of the rival gang.
Two people dead and three in critical condition. That is the result of two rival gangs and their actions against eachother.
The incident found place at broad daylight in a crowded neighbourhood, where both many kids and elderly people plass through during
the day. But the brutal reality hit once the three armed men drove through the neighbourhood.
As the police arrived on the scene two of the victims had already bled out, but they was able to get three of the
victims back to the ER to get help.
The incident did unfortunately not end at the shooting, as the suspects attempted to shake off the police in their vehicle.
After being chased for 25 minutes, the suspects crashed their Black SUV and surrendered themselves.
The three suspects will recieve a prison sentence on 9 years each, for the murder of two people and attempted murder of three.
As Salvador Armijo was incarcerated, he was still representing Venice 13, as he was serving a good amount of time, he was gaining
some friends in the prison, incarcerated cartel de Sinaloa member under the nickname Chino. He was from Los Santos aswell as Salvador was,
so they connected quickly, sharing old ''war stories''. Chino told Salvador to have a phonecall with his boss, cause he had an offer.
On the phone Chino's boss ''Caro'' told Salvador that he didn't want to talk on the phone, so he arranged a meeting with him once Salvador was released.
