LSPD Conduct a Raid on a Los Flores Drug House
Emmanual Modesto, pictured above, was arrested July 5th by LSPD
This fourth of July didn't go as planned for one Los Santos resident, Emmanual "Quick" Modesto, as he was arrested early Wednesday morning after a raid on a "drug house". Police found thousands of dollars in over-the- counter pills that had been illegally purchased along with a hand gun. Police had decided to conduct the raid after finding out through informants over a couple of months that Modesto had been using the house to sell drugs, mainly prescription pills, as well as store stolen goods.
Modesto is the primary suspect in an armed robbery back in March, but is also suspected to be a part of countless other robberies and drug related crimes around Los Santos, especially those relating to the trafficking of prescription narcotics such as OxyCodone and Xanax, as well as non-prescription drugs such as heroin and marijuana.
Modesto has been described as "an addict himself", who police believe is involved in a city wide criminal crew that involves itself in robbery, drug dealing, murder and any other crimes to secure money for their addictions. Some members are suspected of also being involved in the Mexican Drug Cartel Las Moicas, A little known but ruthless drug cartel that rivals CJNG and Sinaloa in narcotics trafficking. The group is suspected to run several drug dens in San Andreas.
Unlike most other crews, this one is unpredictable, is believed to have no structure and no primary source of income. The group has been descirbed as "doing whatever crime it takes to to make money". This makes the group unpredictable and hard to track allowing them to wreck havoc without having to face the police pressure that other criminal organizations have to face. Modesto is currently awaiting trial inside of County jail and will face charges of drug possession with intent to sell, possession of a unlicensed firearm, armed robbery and several parole violations.
This faction aims to portray the lives of struggling drug addicts and criminals trying to feed their addictions and make enough money to eat, keep a roof over their head and pay whatever they owe. While there is currently a very loose structure and little to no IC organisation at the moment, we hope to develop this over time until an identity is established ICly.
