A war-zone in San Fransisco Chinatown breaks out after Peter Cho and his gang members started to extort other local gangs in San Fransisco. The 14K didn't take it and fought back there were a number of gang-related attacks that left 14 people dead. The 14K Triad killed 14 members of the Sun Yee On and Peter Cho wasn't going to take that. Peter Cho started to fight blood with blood and things were getting serious. Pretty everyone was packed in Chinatown. The violence ended when members of the Sun Yee On stormed in a popular restaurant and innocent people were killed.
San Fransisco, September, 1988
The 14K leader Simon Hui decided the fighting was only causing the groups trouble. To stop the war he offered to meet with Peter Cho. Both men attended a banquet with other leaders from both gangs, where peace was declared. A year after toasting to a peaceful future, Simon Hui was found with a bullet in his head. Peter Cho had taken over San Francisco and there were no more gangs that stood in his way. It was time to start looking beyond Los Santos.
Los Santos, May, 2002
After Peter Cho had taken over San Fransisco he wanted more so he met an old friend Peng Huang who had a small gang running in Los Santos. Peter Cho told Peng Huang that combining their groups would enable them to make a lot of money. They sat down and both came to an agreement to work together and their plan was to take over Los Santos. Peng Huang agreed to work under Peter Cho and two years after working together Peng Huang and his little gang started to grow and his organization got involved in counterfeiting, gambling, narcotics, human trafficking, prostitution, smuggling, and extortion. They became very active in Los Santos and are feared by the Chinese community.
