ViperZ 81216 is a predominantly Asian crime syndicate based in the area of East Los Santos, Los Santos, San Andreas. The gang is known across the United States as one of the most successful and ruthless Asian organizations in the history of the country, with connections to several known organized crime syndicates across the state. The notorious Jefferson-based street gang has a variety of members and affiliates, ranging from Chinese, Japanese and Cambodian, as Blythe Avenue is a gang based in one of the largest Asian communities in the city of Los Santos.
Recruiting for the gang starts young as affiliates of Blythe Avenue target teens as early as twelve years old and pressure them into being a member of the gang. The Asian American street gang are mainly connected with the Black Dragons (黑龍) in the region. Along with these connections, the Blythe Avenue Viperz have a variety of different connections across the state, trafficking large amounts of drugs and firearms to and from the area of Los Santos.
The area of Jefferson is widely-known across the country for it's incredibly high crime rate that the Los Santos Police Department are unable to control. Police cooperation between civilians in Jefferson is the lowest of the city, because of the pressure and fear that Blythe Avenue Viperz and surrounding gangs instill into the neighborhood.
The notorious Blythe Avenue Viperz have expanded into the region known as East Los Santos and began placing claim in that region. East Side Viperz was formed and began dominating the region, moving out key players such as Defson Heights Piru, Panic Boys, and smaller Crip sets attempting to dominate the region. Defson Heights was created and began to be settled under the ruling of the East Side Viperz syndicate. The notorious Viper gang has became a notorious organized crime syndicate that began taking over Asians in the region of East Los Santos and influencing them into their ways. Ranging from the bahamas on the west of Blythe Avenue, and the eastern side of Defson Heights, and reaching to the southern tip of Cedar Avenue. Viperz is now dominating the region of East Los Santos, similar to how they have dominated Jefferson for years, the individuals at the top are seeking money, power, and respect. East Side Viperz consists of an organized crime syndicate that commands the lower streetgangs and subsets of the organization that they have put on and command, a prime example of this power lust would be Blythe Avenue ViperZ 81216 and Oriental Lazy Boyz 81216. The structure of the organization resembles that of a military structure and a modern day Triad.
As of recent the notorious organized crime syndicate has moved out of East Los Santos and has relocated elsewhere leaving behind their once dominating Empire.
新一代. THE NEW GENERATION
In modern times, the Asian community of East Los Santos and Jefferson in particular has not divided at all. The Asian Community in East Los Santos has only became a more tight knit group without the support of the previous crime syndicate in the region. While majority of the Asian teens in the region are low income teenagers who stayed mainly due to school and family, their strength is increasing in size rapidly as they age into the traditional culture left behind them by the Viper crime syndicate.
Oriental Avenue ViperZ 81216
Oriental Avenue was previously known to be inhabited by multiple Crip sets in the area of East Los Santos, Jefferson. However, due to the previous rise of the Blythe Avenue set in 2014 and 2015, the Crip set was quickly pushed out with the overwhelmingly brutality and ruthlessness of the Asian gang. After a bloody and long war identified by the Asians as the "Crip Extinction Movement", ViperZ soon after laid claim to the Avenue and expanded to Jefferson Motel, claiming both Blythe & Oriental. The Viper Crime syndicate successfully exterminated the Crips from Jefferson in the summer of 2015.
In modern times, ViperZ unexpectedly left the city leaving behind Blythe Avenue and Oriental. However, a large gathering of Asian teenagers descended from a few Viper affiliated members laid claim to Oriental avenue again and began coming together for a common cause: unity & protection. This movement was known as the 新一代, or the New Generation. Headed by the Emperor's long lost nephew, the young teenager began to unite the Asian group for means of protection from the surrounding Crip & Piru sets that began to lay claim in both Jefferson & Glen Park once again.
Due to the overwhelmingly numbers of different Asian groups within Oriental, the Emperor's nephew slowly began to lay structure down with his hand selected group of "friends", later to be ranked accordingly in his hierarchy. After a brutal driveby from an unknown PIRU set, Oriental's newfound shotcaller was hospitalized for weeks in a coma with little chance of survival. However, he overcame the coma and was released from the hospital around a month later, with only a scar on his head to remember the shooting by. Whilst in the hospital, an orange & black book was dropped off on his desk which outlined the morals, codes, and history of the once famous Eastside ViperZ 81216 crime syndicate in East Los Santos, Jefferson. The prince began to engulf himself in the Viper knowledge and culture whilst being hospitalized.
After a lot of deliberation, two new shotcallers were produced out of Oriental Avenue and were inducted into the infamous Viper crime syndicate. Organization and structure soon followed with proven and hand selected individuals from Oriental. While short in numbers, the newly inducted soldiers of the new Viper set began to lead a bloody movement on individuals in the glen park region. The ongoing war on W/S Jungle Bloods was short-lived because of the overwhelming amount of Asian gangsters wanting to prove their worth to the newly inducted Viper soldiers of Oriental Avenue.
Drivebys in broad daylight, scalpings were frequent and common in the war with the bloods in Glen Park. The newly found Viper set was looking for blood and were considered to be as ruthless if not more ruthless than the previous Viper crime syndicate located on Blythe Avenue.
After a week or two of bloodshed, the war on the bloods in Glen Park subsided and the Oriental Avenue set began to focus on home and started looking for other sources of income other than small time drug deals and petty robberies.
Burglaries known as "kick-door" on the avenue were beginning to rise and robberies of electronic goods from houses, vans, and trucks, were frequent which were later sold in the growing blackmarket in East Los Santos.
Recruiting for the gang starts young as affiliates of Oriental Avenue target teens as early as twelve years old and pressure them into being a member of the gang.
The faction is storyline based. IC events will lead to an unique experience in character developing. The faction's goal is to portray a fictional asian street gang. By "fictional", we mean that the faction is not based on any OOC organization, although it is highly inspired by some asian street gangs located in the USA and Canada, such as the Tiny Raskal Gang, Asian BoyZ and Menace of Destruction.
By joining this faction, be aware that we expect you to roleplay your character to the fullest. The gang is mainly composed by continental south-eastern Asian descendants, such as Chinese, Cambodians, Koreans, Vietnamese, Laotians and so on. When picking a name for your character, choose an american usual first name (Theodore, Jack, etc) and a south-eastern Asian last name (Vong, Lee, Tsun, etc). Just a sidenote, you do not need to have a generic Asian name, you can be creative with your characters (i.e, roleplay half Asian, half African American, half Hispanic, and so on.), mixed races. The gang's block is roleplayed as a Hmong 'americanized' community. Any questions regarding the faction, go straight to AceS|
