About JTF

On 28/NOV/2000 the Joint Task Force was re-founded between Captain ****** *** of the LSPD and Staff Sgt **** ******** of the SASD. Both the Departments had been actively investigating the Warlords Outlaw Motorcycle Gang with other agencies within San Andreas. The organization first peaked interest when extensive traffic from out of state began entering Red County at high rates. Something abnormal to the region. Further investigations were facilitated due to key figures in the clubs criminal backgrounds, and due to various incidents that have occurred over the passed four decades.

On September 5th, 2017- Guillermo Esqueda evaded LSPD on a routine stop, when he stepped out of the vehicle he fired at officer Jay Sawter. Sawter called in backup, when he then followed Esqueda to Montgomery where he was hit and injured by gunfire. Sawters backup was met with gunfire also. Investigators and S.E.B (Special Enforcement Bureau) were called in immediately. After five members of law enforcement were critically injured, Cleetus Jackson, Guillermo Esqueda, and Kevin Ligzonton went to take cover inside. Cleetus Jackson wasnt able to get inside, he was gunned down outside of the trailer prior to entree, he was later pronounced dead. With three men inside- Kevin Ligzonton armed with an automatic Kalishnikov, Guillermo Esqueda and Shaun Collins armed with 12 gauge shotguns. It was a stand off. Gregory Nowak lead a unit into the trailer. After an hour, Shaun Collins was laying wounded, after leaving cover. Kevin Ligzonton proceeded to execute Collins infront of S.E.B. After fifteen minutes, S.E.B entered the main bar stage room of the trailers basement, where Ligzonton was met with intensive gunfire. In a final attempt of cover, in what appeared to be a reload attempt. Ligzonton was shot in his head and pronounced dead on scene immediately. As S.E.B went to subdue Ligzonton's firearm as a precaution- Guillermo Esqueda emerged from the back room as a final attempt to gun down law enforcement personnel but was taken down after a singular shot. Esqueda was given medical attention and is awaiting trial, he's currently housed in San Andreas Correctional Facility until further proceedings. Due to his extensive record in, and out of the United States.

All agents, detectives and law enforcement personnel who took place in this put their necks and badges on the line in this dangerous operation, without these individuals the Joint Task Force wouldn't have came this far. During this investigation, mysteriously. Field Agent *** ****, Detective ****** ***** and Sergeant Detective Sgt ****** **** went missing. Homicide investigations are still trying to pin the exact perpetrators. But its believed Kevin "Ligz" Ligzonton had green lighted our fellow law enforcement personnel. The Warlords are believed to be at fault for this, and various agencies are monitoring other "chapters" of theirs across the United States because of this.

On behalf of Investigation Unit State Crimes,
*********
Captain-**** ***
Head of State Crimes

From the desk of Lt. *. ****.
-Director of Investigations Unit

After a long time, yet another organization has been successfully taken down. Not by the various law enforcement agencies taking place in this operation, but themselves.
The Warlords Motorcycle Club is believed to of been operating for nearly four decades. After it was founded in Montgomery, there has been traffic in and out of the area ever since. ISU has flagged Kevin "Ligz" Ligzonton as the founder and active national president of the criminal organization, spanning across the United States. Putting him on the FBI's watch list. Before Kevin Ligzonton was killed, ISU detectives had been actively viewing the club.

After over a decade of around the clock work from the detectives, investigations, plans and surveillance, I am proud to say that the Warlords motorcycle club in the state of San Andreas will cease to exist. During our investigation, ISU leadership itself has changed four times. Although myself and fellow law enforcement didn't let this hold our investigation back.

I want to thank all the SD and PD detectives who participated in the operation that has been underway throughout the years. I want to take a moment thank my selfless all co-workers who helped me during the take down process of the organization. Although the operation hadn't been underway in recent months. I'm proud to say that the Warlords Outlaw Motorcycle Gang is no longer active within San Andreas.

Best Regards,
***

After months of silence. Today I witnessed a large group of Pillagers Motorcycle Club affiliates ride into Montgomery. Heavily outnumbering Warlord motorcycle club members. After some time, I viewed all of the Pillagers enter the Warlords primary clubhouse in South Park, off Eisenhower Avenue. Kevin Ligzonton and Guillermo Esqueda entered the property with all of the Pillagers. The next thing I saw through my binoculars was Shaun Collins remove an AK-47 from his Black Burrito, pinned to various shooting around San Andreas. Then Shaun Collins enter the premise, I stuck around all night. No Pillagers left the property, and the Warlords later left, stole their motorcycles which had been parked outside. And sold them on the black market. I'll be speaking with Director of Investigations, Captain *** ***** about reinstating the case.

The Warlords Motorcycle Club was established in Montgomery, where its mother chapter currently resides. Founded by Kevin "Ligz" Ligzonton, Ligzonton currently leads the organization under the title of National President. Some time after finding the organization, Ligzonton ventured out alongside various other like-minded club affiliates eventually settling in various states across America. After the clubs infrastructure was built as a whole. San Andreas was made a primary hub for WMC traffic following the clubs expansion over the years. Within San Andreas, the Warlords claim Montgomery as their primary stomping grounds. Although unknown to many outsiders, the club has various safe houses across Palomino Creek, Fort Carson, Los Santos and Southern San Fierro.

Ligz has been in and out of prison throughout his years commanding the Warlords, that being said. He's been on the radar of multiple law enforcement agencies on and off across the United States for nearly three decades. This has caused the entire organization to reform previous methods. The current day Warlords are extremely secretive and prefer operating behind closed doors. During Ligzontons reign, he's had various notable affiliates such as- Shane Walters, Cleetus Jackson, Guillermo Esqueda, Logan Grey, Rufus Mcarthur, Nick Zedo & Shaun Collins. The composed list are previous or current key players in the organization. Many of which operate in a stature much like an caporegime, making the club a vast network across the state of San Andreas & nation.

Currently, the club has various deals assorted with both legal and illegal businesses. On the legal side of things, the Warlords have hosted various charity rides for Childrens Hospitals, Orphanages and Cancer Research Foundations across the United States. In the shadows of this the club actively involves themselves in racketeering business across the territories they operate within, gaining them a fair share of profit. In order to keep day-to-day business lively the club also operates regularly with various organizations. With the vast expansion of Organized Eastern European Crime Syndicates, Urban White Crime, La Costra Nostra & the inner cities mafias, the Warlords have found a way to capitalize on this. The quieter they got the more that happened..
Chapter I - The Beginning of the Warlords
The Warlords Motorcycle Club started out as a small group of male individuals who shared the same racist ideologies as one another and formed a small group known as the “Red County Patriots”. After a small period of time and after a long discussion between the members of this patriotic group, they decided that it was in their best interests to instead form a Motorcycle Club. This was due to the fact that a few of the founders of the group had been members of motorcycle clubs in the past and wished to start their own. After creating a patch and choosing the bottom rocker of “Montgomery”, the group converted into the Warlords Motorcycle Club.
The Club had a particularly rough start. They were extremely racist and violent individuals who would throw punches or draw firearms at a moment’s notice. This caused the general public in places like Los Santos to dislike the Warlords due to their violent and aggressive nature. Many of the members were also known to be heavy drug abusers and most if not all the members were ex-convicts. The Montgomery chapter made good profit of their businesses but morale and trust within the club was at an all-time low. Certain members left for Texas and formed a separate chapter of the Warlords away from the state of San Andreas as they were getting sick of the situation in Montgomery. Eventually, the Ex-Vice President of the Warlords Draven Dax betrayed the club by shooting the President Kevin Ligzonton and the Sergeant-at-Arms Shane Walters. He then fled the State and has not been sighted since. This caused the Montgomery chapter to leave the State and instead join the Texas Chapter.

Chapter II – The Texas Chapter
The Warlords from Montgomery found Texas to be very profitable. They were able to get themselves back on their feet with the help of the existing chapter. They had begun trying to get the public’s trust by not performing any unlawful acts in public. This was also done so that they did not attract the law enforcement’s attention. Those from the Montgomery chapter found that Texas was a time where they could rebuild and become stronger once more. Certain members remained in San Andreas and drifted for a long time, unsure what their future would hold. However, the Warlords would not remain in Texas and would eventually Return to San Andreas.

Chapter III – The Formation of the Nomads Chapter
Eventually, the Warlords Texas Chapter had gained enough members to form a new chapter. Many members from the old Montgomery chapter decided that they should be the ones to form this new Chapter as it was time for them to return to San Andreas. Certain members of the Texas Chapter also went with Kevin Ligzonton to help form this chapter. Instead of claiming a particular area of San Andreas, the Warlords decided that they should instead be Nomads for the foreseeable future to avoid conflicts with any other Motorcycle Clubs in the area. They put on brand new Nomads bottom rockers and redesigned the patches slightly.
The Nomads Chapter would then settle down within San Andreas. They are frequently sighted hanging around Las Collinas, however this is not the known location of their Clubhouse. They seem to have adopted new attitudes, attempting to look better in the public eye as to not attract unwanted attention. They are very underground about the business they conduct and are very smart when it comes to how they conduct their business. Since their return, they have not caused any major hassle for the general public. Authorities do not believe they have changed the error of their ways and have been keeping a close eye on the Warlords since their return.

Chapter IV - Life, Liberties and Loyalties.
The Warlords Motorcycle Club's vast expansion in the past thirteen years of riding, and the nomadic charter of San Andreas's twelfth birthday just passing it appears the club has never been in better shape. Going from one of the most singled out, outlaw motorcycle club's to one of the most comfortable. Primarily resigning in Eastern Red County the Club's managed to befriend various local's, other clubs even-.. Law Enforcement. Currently the National President of the Warlords is still Kevin Ligzonton the long-time National President and Founder. Although for an span of ten years Ligzonton was incarcerated, awaiting double homicide, narcotic and gun charges. Ligzonton was only charged with possession of narcotics an Automatic Assault Rife and Handgun after evidence in the double homicide case was mysteriously tampered with. Law Enforcement is unsure as to how he managed to lead the organization whilst serving his time which leads many officials to believe Ligzonton or his associates could potentially have ties to Law Enforcement Personnel.
Although Ligzonton's been locked up, the Warlords activity hasn't gone down even the smallest amount, in fact an increase has been estimated especially with traffic in Palomino going from a near all time high to now an regulated low again. Leaving more officials far more suspicious than ever. The Warlords slowly appear to be learning the errors of their ways and actively and attentively improve their efforts playing an cat and mouse game with local Law Enforcement of Red County and San Andreas. It's been reported Ligzonton's been spotted around The Blue Keg (an notorious Warlord location in Palomino Creek) mid May 2017.

Chapter V - Divide And Conquer.
After rising to new powers, taking East Red County as their bottom rocker. The Warlords Motorcycle Club eventually ran into complications with law enforcement. Kevin "Ligz" Ligzonton, whom was the active president at the time tried fixing the legal status marked on his club. Trying to get into mayor Katherine Summers bed was to fix bad ties with law enforcement across the state. Unfortunately as plans advanced, Summers campaign unraveled to Frank Underhills pro-Unitarian campaign. Week's later there was a crisis in the Warlords central Texas chapter, causing a call-in from around the United States. The Vagos Motorcycle Club had taken its toll on the Warlords Central Texas chapter, causing a need for retaliation. A month of bloodshed occured, ending with the extermination of the Vagos Motorcycle Club of central Texas. The assault had sparked conflict across the nation and the Warlords have been in a petty beef with the organization since. Although chapters aren't at each others necks. Warlords and Vagos being in the same area is an extremely dangerous occurrence.

Chapter VI - Heading Home.
Spending a month waging war in central Texas left the San Andreas chapter in pieces. Kevin Ligzonton began organizing the chapters return as the conflict the Vagos began to die off. The plan was to make a foothold in Montgomery. They were able to immediately, gaining a trailer in then northern Montgomery trailer park. On the club's first days back, they had learned an enemy organization was still set up in the area. After a unanimous vote was casted, the Warlords eventually conquered Montgomery entirely. The club now resigns in throughout all of Montgomery, owning properties across the town. After calling in key players in the organization from across the state, Ligzonton has once again assembled a new ruthless chapter in Red County, San Andreas. Various patches from the previous chapter established in Montgomery help form the Warlords cabinet ranks. Key players in Montgomery include Kevin "Ligz" Ligzonton, Guillermo "Deaf" Esqueda, Logan Grey & Cleetus "Jew" Jackson.

Club Culture.
The Warlords motorcycle clubs social scene is composed of sporadic behavior. A party hard attitude smothers the organization which is fueled by Montgomery’s drug culture that is greatly controlled by the club behind closed doors. Individuals of all backgrounds make up the social structure that surrounds the Warlords. White supremacist ideology and the motorcycle club itself are what bond all affiliates of the organization together. Though many share the common goal to eventually become a patched member of the Warlords others hide, aiding the organization in the shadows. Supporters of the organization are identified by wearing Warlords branded clothing or merely by hanging around the club’s clubhouse in the northern trailerpark of Montgomery. Individuals identified as prospects are often seen wearing a front patch verifying their prospecting period with a Montgomery bottom rocket on their back on a leather or denim kutte most regularly. As for patched members, they can be identified by their large Warlords logo, top and bottom rocker on the back of their leather and or denim kutte. These affiliates are seen to be only men, and are actually rarely spotted. Their normally quiet individuals and it’s believed that their more experienced criminal’s. Many patched members of the club are rumored to be violent individuals whom have extensive wrap sheets. Females surrounding the club are often ordered execute certain tasks by patched members and are often worked hard. It’s obvious many women affiliated with the organization are drug users. Some seem to be physically abused by significant others, members and or family members. The club has many methods of recruiting including birthing, when members or close affiliates have children, their manipulated from a young age to grow into the club as they mature.
Ligzonton wrote:Chapter II; A new Beginning.
December 30th, 2016 3:30 am, Fort Worth International Airport/ Dallas. Kevin Ligzonton is the final member of the Warlords Motorcycle Club to arrive in Dallas, Texas. Soon after touching down Ligzonton proceeds onward to contact various associates whom re-located in the meantime such as Shane Walters the acting vice president of the organization. After connecting with various members of the organization the men managed to eventually find a place to stay outside of Dallas. Soon after the re-location the Warlords began to take standing in their area gaining a new name for themselves in the region. At first the move to Texas had been a play on Ligzonton’s end to get public eye off of the club and hopefully expand their horizons. Ligzonton knew the Mexican border was a lot more accessible being in Texas. That being said he followed up on necessary procedures in order to ensure an connection. Which he merely did by forming an alliance with an local Bandito chapter. After establishing the alliance Ligzonton was eventually able to become connected with the Bandidos, obtaining weapondry and narcotics frequently. After eventually meeting their own needs, the Warlords eventually opened business in the surrounding area in which they were operating, and also began to operate directly within Dallas.

Texas had been a gold mine for the Warlords, new opportunities had opened wide open for the club. With property being exceptionally cheaper in the southern united states in rural regions the Warlords eventually grew enough in a few months time to purchase three new properties in Texas which they regularly use to traffic illegal items, many times alternating between properties. The club even owns various lots in the middle of nowhere, few associates of the organization know what happens in some business cases although it's rumored some of their most high risk business deals and illegal activity happens on such locations. Becoming a once again force to be reckoned with the Warlords began to invest into the future.

Many investments were in illegal items although the club evened it out by purchasing legal front businesses and purchasing over a few hundred thousand dollars in real estate all over Texas. On February 3rd, 2017 a discussion was held regarding the home of the Warlords Motorcycle Club(Montgomery, San Andreas). Said discussion progressed onward to the point that the club actually made the decision to move back to San Andreas in hope to re-inhabit it. After the discussion the club began planning for weeks on end for their arrival. This planning was composed to reaching out to various affiliates currently residing in San Andreas. So after weeks of planning the club was able to eventually head back to San Andreas on February 18th, 2017. They have now settled in Los Colinas for the time being.
Origins
The Warlords Motorcycle Club was founded by various locals of Montgomery, San Andreas. Created from the publicly known Red County Patriots Club, many members came to a mutual understanding and decided to form an motorcycle club in the town. The long time absence of motorcycle club activity in the area greatly impacted the groups decision. Sharing a passion of American made Harley Davidsons and a mutual belief of national socialism brought the group together also influencing their decision making prior to the creation of the Warlords motorcycle club. Many members are notorious ex-motorcycle club members of various clubs. Others are United States Military Veterans struggling to adapt after war time over seas. Many men affiliated in the Warlords motorcycle club are considered dangerously violent and racist individuals.

Image A sub culture surrounding the motorcycle club has risen composed of mostly children age fourteen and up, some are club members children and other's are merely supporters of the club. Most all supporting the club are juvenile offenders or convicts some of which are orphans or junkies.

Four key figures of the violently racist Warlords motorcycle club were apprehended in Montgomery after various shooting's were called in around Red County.

Leading to the arrests was a high speed car chase which ended badly for the suspects when they rolled their vehicle over six times until they came to a complete stop. Other suspects involved in the shootings were soon caught also, and arrested. Various types of unlicensed firearms were found and confiscated from the suspects. Law Enforcement also confiscated methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana from individuals involved.

Detectives assigned to Montgomery over the past decade comment "Many of these motorcycle club members in the area have been there, their entire life. They have the locals trust and a lot of people rely on the local club. We see many of the same face's re-appearing time and time again. We put them away and they come out to do the same thing over and over again, it doesn't stop."

The suspects arrested didn't go peacefully either many attempted to continue their efforts in evading the law but were eventually all suspects involved were apprehended.

Kevin Ligzonton, better known as Ligz is an exemplary white supremacist in the small town of Montgomery. Ligzonton is currently a forty six year old residing in the regions of Red and Bone County. To locals and law enforcement it's known he has been a past outlaw motorcycle gang member and finds himself in legal trouble constantly. Currently Ligzonton is stuck in the viscous grasp of San Andreas legal system with no way to escape.

With his extensive background Ligz has recently began scheming his way along yet again, reuniting multiple associates of his past together again. His motives are unclear though he's most clearly back in action.
