You can find the new rules in the this section. You are highly advised to read through them as soon as possible.
To sum up, the main goal of this rule update was to achieve greater clarity by making the server rules more compact, simple and easy to understand. We wanted you to invest more time in playing the game and having fun, instead of reading long, boring posts here on the forum. All of the server rules underwent cosmetic changes, we rephrased a lot of things, merged some rules, removed irrelevant information and basically restructured everything. A few technical changes were made, yes, but they are a few — you can find more information about them in the changelog below.
- The total word count of our server rules has been reduced from 9825 to 4881.
- The old In-game Rules topic had a total of 4939 words in it. The new one has 2145.
The old In-game Rules topic had 25 rules in it. The new one has 11.
- We decided to merge bunnyhopping, olympic swimming, hopping/tapping on bikes/motorcycles, ninja-jacking, chicken-running and vehicle surfing under one new rule. No actual changes or additions were made.
- Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Everything is the same apart from the cosmetic changes and some things that we forgot to include in the past, like /me misuse that can incite metagaming, etc.
- Everything is still the same, however we've removed some outdated things and applied cosmetic changes. We've also added some extra info about the usage of NPCs in RP and the usage of items that don't exist script-wise.
- Everything that was stated in this rule is pretty much going to stay in effect/existence, but under other rules. No actual additions or changes have been made — in practice, everything is still the same.
- Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Abuse of SA-MP Physics rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Common Courtesy rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Common Courtesy rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- We've added 'Dismemberment' to the list of activities that need OOC permission.

- The robbery level requirement has been raised from 3 to 5.
- The scam level requirement has been lowered from 10 to 5.
- The "extortion on businesses" part of the rule has been removed completely.
- Loaning scams no longer have a level/money requirement.
- Loaning properties is no longer protected by the rules. Loan out houses, businesses and vehicles at own risk.
- Gambling is no longer protected by this rule, just like loaning. This means that there are no level requirements or money limits for gambling scams, and that anyone can scam you via gambling — including legal casinos. So, be careful who you gamble with and for how much money, because they can always run away or play unfair.
- Raffles (of any type) are no longer going to be protected by this rule since they're a form of gambling.
- Merged into the Deathmatching rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Moved to the UCP/Account Rules. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Common Courtesy rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Robbing & Scamming rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Los Santos High School is now a safezone.
- Ocean Docks Loading Bay (i.e. the ship used by truckers) is now a safezone.
- The impound lot is no longer a safezone.
- We've removed some outdated things that are not needed, applied cosmetic changes and overall did our best to make the rule look more simple. All of the guards-on-duty requirements are still the same. The only huge difference in this rule is that admins will no longer give out shanks. We've found an alternative way of keeping SACF supplied with knives. More information about that will be provided by SADOC to the prison gangs.
- Moved to the UCP/Account Rules. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Abuse of SA-MP Physics rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
- Merged into the Common Courtesy rule. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.

- Moved to the UCP/Account Rules. Everything is still the same if we don't count the cosmetic changes.
We moved 5 of the In-game Rules to the UCP/Account Rules, merged some of the original UCP/Account Rules together and overall applied cosmetic changes. Everything else is technically the same. The size of the UCP/Account Rules has increased, but that's not necessarily bad, since we really wanted them to gain more recognition and importance.
- The old UCP/Account Rules topic had a total of 658 words in it. The new one has 758.
The old UCP/Account Rules topic had 5 rules in it. The new one has 7.
After many discussions it was concluded that the current Forum Rules need some serious restructuring. There was too much information in them, so we decided to summarize everything important into a few paragraphs and remove all irrelevant information. No technical changes were made though, everything is still the same rule-wise.
- The old Forum Rules topic had a total of 985 words in it. The new one has 210.
The old Forum Rules topic had 12 rules in it. The new one has 3.
The main problem in the Teamspeak & IRC Rules was that they weren't structured in a user-friendly way. The information those two topics had was enormous, yet the actual knowledge you received from them was minimal. To fix this, we've made some cosmetic changes. We didn't delete anything vital though, nor did we add anything new, so technically things are still the same.
- The old Teamspeak Rules topic had a total of 370 words in it. The new one has 157.
The old Teamspeak Rules topic had 8 rules in it. The new one has 3.
The old IRC Rules topic had a total of 506 words in it. The new one has 147.
The old IRC Rules topic had 7 rules in it. The new one has 2.
Again, like with the other rules, our main focus here was to make the Property Rules easier to understand, mainly by applying cosmetic changes and deleting irrelevant information. We haven't added/removed anything vital.
- The old House/Apartment Rules topic had a total of 1035 words in it. The new one has 505.
The old Business Rules topic had a total of 1332 words in it. The new one has 959.
