Nobody anymore. Prison factions are going to get a small amount for themselves.
How often will those prison factions get supplied with knives? What are the criteria that makes a faction eligible to get a knife? Asking this because there are no official ones.

@ Shinobi — I'm not going to go into details, especially not in this topic, information on how prison gangs will be able to acquire shanks will be provided by SADOC through their private forums.

So, clarification: Are ONLY prison gangs now going to be given knives? That seems a pretty quick way to limit RP in SACF for people who aren't full time SACF RP'ers, which only creates a divide in SACF RP as oppose to encouraging non-dedicated SACF characters to RP in there.

Like, restricting potential RP avenues in SACF isn't a great idea, tbqh. Its sort of silly that if an unaffiliated prisoner, say a sex offender or someone unconnected, gets put into SACF they'll be unable to try and RP defending themselves from extortion and murder.

It only encourages tabbing/afking through sentences more, tbqh.

We would never introduce a system that's nor fair, KaylaSpace. Rest assured, everything's been planned out carefully.

Submit any other questions you might have in the Q&A topic(s).

I disagree. RP in SACF for non-prison gang members won't suddenly collapse because Tyrone McThuggerson can't jam a sharpened toothbrush in his cellie's eye for calling him a name. If anything, this is going to encourage realistic roleplay between prison gangs and non-prison gang members.

If somebody had a good reason for needing one, I'm positive that at least one of the two current gangs would give him one.

Would you rather the gang leaders that RP in SACF every single day distribute the knives, or just let any 1-day inmate grab a knife and start killing people over nothing?

I really think it wasn't taken into consideration how hard it is to even find gambling dealers to trust. Unless you have an OOC friend which is obviously MG if you don't know that person IC, now going to try and hire dealers who we trust more or less and that can scam the casino money or scam the casino customers and then the shit falls on the casino owner to get sued, then another few months for a forum trial or if you are really unlucky as a casino customer, someone scams you for a mil or more then goes around and NCs before you even sue him. Makes sense.

Scamming in a legal casino in real life wouldn't really work, you could just sue the whole casino for that.

People buy casinos for 80+ million because they know people will go to it to gamble, as they feel safe as they cannot be scammed. What's the point of buying a casino for 80+ million when I can just furnish my 200k house into a casino interior.
If someone's actually going to drop decent sized money (say 50% or in my case $10m) in a blackjack that's taking place inside some random guy's house? Then I see it as fully fair that when he's scammed, he'll loose everything.

And if a registered businesses (casino) on LSRP starts to scam individuals, and they've got evidence of it (logs or screenshots) then sure, it'd be an IC issue, and they could go right on and sue the bajesus out of the place.

LS-RP is moving forward with positive changes, definitely can't expect nothing but only the good in the future, keep up with the good work you're contributing to the community Conspiracy, you're one of my online idols.

Why raise it from level 3 to level 5? It is a mere $500.
A level 3 can afford to lose it. If you're going to raise it to level 5 then you should raise the limit to $2000.

Scamming should be level 8 and over imo, level 5 is too low and they'll just be preyed on.

It used to be you needed to be level 5 and your victim level 3 to perform a robbery; you needed to be level 10 and victim needed to be level 10 to do scams.
Now there are no complications. Everyone needs to be level 5 and that's it.

Yeah, but level three came around on it's own. I seem to remember the ability to stop leveling up on your own after a few levels. So what if the person just never levels up to five?
