The Government Directors Act of 2013

PREAMBLE:
The act will permit the directors of the City of Los Santos, under the direction of the State Officials (( Government Management )), to maintain their position as director of their department during and after the the elections of a new Mayor of Los Santos. They will stay in-charge of their department until they resign or a submission for removal has been submitted by the Mayor of the City to the State Officials of San Andreas. The director will only be allowed to handle the responsibilities to his department and may represent the City of Los Santos while doing so even when the Office of the Mayor is vacant.
SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS:
The "Directors" of the Los Santos are defined as the following:
- The Head of the Judicial Department.
- The Head of the Licensing Department.
- The Head of Public Defender's Department.
SECTION 2 - Director Selection:
The City of Los Santos Directors will selected and hired by the Office of the Mayor and then approved by the State Government. (( Government Management )) After they accept the Terms of Agreement they will be enlisted as a employee of the City of Los Santos and will follow under this act. A Director then may complete his duties as Department Director until he resigns or a submission is submitted to a State Official by the Mayor of Los Santos and approved for dismissal.
SECTION 3 - Additional Information | Internal-Job Details Clause:
The Los Santos Government Directors also have powers which have not been listed here for one or more reasons. These powers, as defined at the will of the Mayor of Los Santos, may be kept from the public for security reasons or for other motives.
This clause will allow Government Directors to handle things such as but not limited to internal City of Los Santos Discussions and reformations when called upon by the Mayor's Office.
