The next penal code will most likely be done by the next government in February. Until then, everything the 2011 Penal Code says is still valid. ))

I hope you will change the penal code.
Seriously It's stupid to waste 10 hours IRL hours in LSP for such crimes.
I know more than five guys who decided to make a new character instead of wasting 10 hours for that.
It's a game, we're supposed to enjoy it.
Current and previous characters:
Sergei "Isay" Isayev - ALIVE
Enery "EJ" Jones "Uptown Kilo Block" - DEAD
Dante "Demon" Jackson "Uptown Kilo Block" - Out for business
Jermaine "Dray" Drayton "Civillian"" - Alive

(( Yes, calm the fuck down people, there is a new revision being worked on. It's not going to be out for a long ass time though, so you might as well make do with what we have. The PC being revised will not change the ability of law enforcement officers to make human errors, so if you think they made a mistake in your sentence, send them a PM or PM the head of their department. Or sue them. ))

(( In the new penal code, please lower the battery and agrevated battery charge, seeing as you get 7 hours for agrevated battery while you only get 6 months to a year in the california penal system))

(( Who receives the money from on the spot traffic fines? Or even the fines that must be paid at City Hall? I personally think the price of on the spot traffic fines need to be lowered. $2500 for "wreckless driving," (especially when the police car hit me) is a little unrealistic. ))

(( If you mean tickets issued by /ticket then it goes to the deputy's/officer's fbank, afaik. The fines that goes to City Hall, I do not know. ))

((Seriously, I don't get something. "Murder of a Government Employer". this charge shouldn't even exist. Murder is Murder, no matter if a person kills a hobo or a judge; the charge is and should be the same. Same goes for "Battery of a government employer". A person is not worth then another for the job he has.

There are only two kinds of Murder; that is, Manslaughter, and qualified Murder ( if it's planned, or extreme violence is used, for Example: Killing with poison, choaking, burning, killing for petty reason and etc. )
))

((In fact they are separated charges. Murder of a Governmental employee is more serious than murder of a simply guy. Why? Because for example if you murder the Mayor of NYC, the city will be without a significant lead for some time. There might be deputy mayors but till one of them is bumped to mayor it takes time. Same goes for other persons employed by the Government, they hold positions that eventually cannot be replaced that easily that's why there is an own charge for it.))

In my oppinion LSP times should be allot higher, doubled even, being in LSP shouldnt be like a 1-2 days sit. Your character should really be away for a wile, even giving you the chance to join or get affiliated with a prison gang or something like that.))

Everyone's good when it comes to saying 'oh it should become days, time extended' and that crap. Seriously, if you get into that position, I really don't think you'd all be happy. ))

Any idea(s) when this will be updated for 2012? I personally think it should just be changed to a general PC without a year and allow for amendments for when something new is added or changed. ))
