Blackops 2, impressions after playing?
I'm very interested on how good/bad you think blackops is.. What it's like compared to other cods. Also what platform you have played it on.
I personally don't have it and havent played it-.. Probably wont until christmas which is why I'm asking for feedback about the game.

So. When are we going to take out David Vonderhaar?
Furthermore, could Treyarch of designed a worse game? The spawning system is absolutely awful and unreliable, not to mention the fact that the match-making is terrible; you usually have an awful host. The game itself is desynced and is dominante by lag compensation. You also suffer because the sub-machine guns are terribly over-powered and need to be nerfed.
In a sense, it seems as if Treyarch have tried to conform to Infinity Ward's shameful standards of a video-game (Modern Warfare 3), and destroyed the franchise; once and for all. The original Black Ops game itself was enjoyable and I loved playing it. They added tons of new features into the game. However, with this subsequent sequel, they have removed some of the fundamental basics of the Call of Duty franchise (e.g pro perks).
Overall, I think the game is awful, I definitley wouldn't recommend it, I am personally very much dissappointed with the outcome of this game. Although, 'league play' is the only exception (in terms of match-making etc.) and that's where I will probably spend most of my time.
tl;dr - It's awful. Don't buy it. I only play it as a means of socializing with friends.
On a side-note, can somebody outline the advantages and disadvantges of prestiging/ not-prestiging?

That's a bit ignorant, considering it's alot better the BO1.

Shotguns have unbelievable range and power behind them which is stupid, and it seems an SMG can actually outshoot an assault rifle in this game.
I've also spawned completely away from my team in S&D in custom games/public/league games and sometimes spawn in/facing walls

Pro perks weren't a fundamental basic, and never will be.
They were considered unnecessary and unfair.

You get extra custom class slots is all, and a different badge and more emblem options.

187 COMING AT YOU COLINB. WATCH OUT FOR THE GAUGE AT YO HEAD SON, TASTE LEAD AND LICK MY JORDANS, YOU GON BE DEAD. HEADS UP G. ICE COLD.
Anyway.
Pro-perks were a fundamental basic for newly-developed and enhanced 'next-generation' Call of Duty games as the franchise developed (i.e. Modern Warfare 2 onwards). My most dearest apologies, beloved aristocrat. I should of been more specific upon that.
In terms of our opininon on the Black Ops 1 versus Black Ops 2 war, that's subjective and determined on the basis of personal interpretation.
Thanks for the update on prestiging. I have one more question: will I earn enough 'unlock tokens' though to unlock everything by the time I reach level 55?

I'll have it be known, the campaign is excellent and I would suggest playing through it. It's almost like a Hollywood blockbuster.

Re: Blackops 2, impressions after playing?
I watched a few videos, I'm going to get it for PC mainly for the competitive side. It seems like it has it's flaws but is better than the previous blackops, which I found sort of fun anyways. Not only that but pro perks pissed me off so if they're gone that makes it better. Seems that if there are a few patches this can be really fun competitively and non competitively.
Keep discussing guys!

Re: Blackops 2, impressions after playing?
Didn't have to buy this game, since my Xbox has been flashed and works online, so I just downloaded it at a friends house a few days prior to release and fortunately, was able to play around 1 hour after release (Since I didn't want to get banned for obviously playing before it was released) The game is just terrible at the moment, the sync is messed up, I run into the next room and die randomly because I'm still in the previous room, All the grenade system is fucked up (You can't really throw grenades far and the radius of explosion/damage is more on a Semtex than a Frag, Which I've tested.) The zombies is fucked up, Got weird all mokey-fetus zombies jumping on you when you go in the smog etc, The SMG's are more OP than the Assault Rifles, All the snipers are one hit kill (Which is something that should of always of happened, but they should make it so you have to be skilled with a sniper, such as wind, distance etc, Rather than aim, shoot, dead.) It's kind of dumb.
Anyway like said previously, I don't recommend buying it unless you use it to socialise with friends, like I do and I guess many others do. Really not the best Call of Duty made, but definitely not the worst either. They have completely changed the way of gaming adding in Wildcards or whatever they are called allowing you to have some pretty neat features without giving up a perk, or even giving you an extra perk. There are whole new kill streaks completely revamping the old Preditor Missile so it's not as OP and people can actually escape it, (Considering they can dodge all 25 of the things) and I've yet to see a damn noob tube. So it's got it's up sides and it's downsides, I can't help but think if I was back in High School or College, I would enjoy the game a lot more than I do currently.

League Play is surprisingly enjoyable. I'm becoming increasingly more and more involved in the competitive Call of Duty environment once again.
