/pausetime for SACF inmates

I agree but I'd say that an update to /releaseme to reflect the changes might be better than a new command.

I'm against this.
Someone could be pausing his time with only a few seconds left, wait until he gets in big trouble, unpause his time and /releaseme after doing so.
A DOC member is able to check any inmate's time and /pausetime would become a huge flaw to this.
The requesting time system is just fine.
