-Public trailers now can be respawned by admins (1+)
-Ocean Docks -> fences and info chalkboard added, a few objects removed to get more space
-Trailers now lock with the vehicle they're attached to (outside it's sometimes bugged)
-/buycomp for car mechanics: changed products ratio from *10 to *25, so prices are now same as before the truck update
-Changed text labels to dynamic ones (should fix the prisoners having cargo labels on them bug)
-Pickuping a crate updates the variable AFTER the animation is finished (fixes cargo-sync bugs)
-Liquor stores can now buy cargo from truckers (liquor store = bar)
-Public trailers: color changed from black to white (suggested by players)
-/truckerjob now resets career hours to 0 (as it is supposed to do)
-Crates placed on ground: limits raised (per-player: 2 -> 3 crates; time limit: 2 -> 10 minutes)
-Removed business "Wanted: blah blah" messages -> truckers now use /tpda

   - Increased the reaction distance of payphones
   - Added a "You're not next to a payphone" message if you aren't next to a payphone.
   - Players can no longer see when a tester denies/accepts a payphone ad request.
   - Job calls (taxi, car mechanic, etc) now support side jobs too
   - Bug with numbers below 50 not showing when /call'd fixed
   - Cosmetical adjustments to some messages.

   - You can no longer spam /call
   - You can now hang up before you get to the dialing screen
   - /dropcell fixed
   - Contacts are now automatically ordered alphabetically
   - Clicking the blip (white/green circle) in GUI now takes you directly to your phone inbox
   - Phone screen saves when hiding it, therefore after taking it out again, it'll still be there

   - Added call history
      - You can list incoming, outgoing and missed calls since your last login
      - Various options added to the call history screen
   - Added an option to quickly save number (or view contact) when viewing SMS / call history
   - Added a notification on main screen about missed calls and unread SMS.
     If you click it, it'll take you to respective screen (call history / inbox)
   - You can now hang/pick up your call at any stage by pressing the GUI buttons
   - Added /showcontacts to your contact list to another player
   - Added /showcontact to show a specific contact to a player

   - You can no longer call admins on admin duty
   - When on admin duty, your phone doesn't make sounds when SMS is received
   - Message pops up when jailed that your phone was automatically turned off

   - Added a "Select" label on screen where appropriate
   - "You can't do this now" changed to "You can't do this now (phone off)" to avoid confusion
