Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know, hotwring is done under the window and isn't really visible until you're standing a meter or two from the car. I can only see this being used for a lot of metagaming purposes.

When you're stood right next to a car, you'd obviously be able to see if some one's hotwiring it. If the range of the emote is a bit too far, it can always be reduced.

Yeah i'd like to reduce it and the emote shouldn't stay after he finishes hotwiring or failing.

Thing is, I can only see this getting abused, why do you need an automatic emote for hotwiring anyways? Just punish the players that don't roleplay it. If you wanna keep it however, I would suggest reducing it. Just my two cents.
