Legal Faction Rules:
As previously announced in the staff update, I have updated Legal Faction Rules with some new allowances. Some existing entries have been re-written for clarity, and I have now added M4 usage allowance for deputies and officers holding a "rifle certification."
The rifle certification program in both the Sheriff's Department and the Police Department will be offered to a small group of personnel in each faction, and will thoroughly train people and encourage role-play around the usage of the patrol rifle. The course will ensure that each member is fully aware of when they should and should not deploy an assault rifle, and the weight of the responsibility that has been given to them. This system will be trialled for a couple of months and tweaked as necessary as it was always the intention to roll back these very strict assault rifle rules when the right system could be deployed to ensure usage is still not abused or overdone. Patrol rifles are obviously a major component of an American Law Enforcement arsenal and with how dangerous San Andreas is: there needs to be sensible allowances. In short, this certification will allow them to deploy their assault rifle when they feel it is necessary. These "necessary" circumstances are moderated internally.
Rule 13 will now be listed as follows:

- The following rules apply specifically to Legal Factions (e.g. LSPD & SASD):
