I agree with most of you said. In my opinion, you need to look at it in both sides of the argument. Example, they might actually be death-matching but this topic could result in administrators thinking every death-matching report is just idiotic childish idiots who think that they've always got to win. I agree with the assume part, cause he might of been hired by a guy to kill you, or whatever the scenario may be.

Good thread.

I agree

Sugestion

When somebody is killed : No report
In max 5 min : He/She has to request an explanation and if the explanation doesn't appear they can report.
Finnaly: The admins talk with the killers and comunicate the story to the victim. If the victim doesn't agre with the story he/she can report the killers on the forum.

What u think?

krisk wrote:It's getting more and more popular to freeze an RP in await of an admin and/or people reporting "I think I was DM'd" just because they got killed, so I felt it was time to re-open this old announcement.

Do keep in mind; next time I TP to an RP that either part is denying to RP in await of admin, I will disregard the entire scenario they deny to RP because of and just instantly ban whoever denies to RP.

Interesting but unachievable. Whenever the second party fells that he's suffering from consequences that were achieved by an unrealistic way by breaking the rules (I'm talking about metagame, powergame, etc.) he'll start bitching over /b sooner or later, asking for an admin. It's not once or twice I have encountered this that the player I was roleplaying with, suddenly found a gun on him by using /frisk, he claimed "/b BUT THE GUN IS IN THE CAR, U NIGG B METAGAMER! I CALL ADMINZ, THEY BAN U!". The RP always get stalled for 20 - 30 minutes because the admins are naturally busy with other things, but the involved party does not realize that and is willing to do anything to win.

For me /report should be used only for BunnyHopping and Robberies at Airport, level 1 etc. For things such DM, MG and RK it's pretty useless since the admin will need Screenshots confirming, chatlogs, confirmations, etc.
