A keybinder is a program that will send a command such as "/lock" or "/engine" to the server when you press a specified key on your keyboard. Basically, it's to provide ease for the user so he/she does not need to actually type out the command, but instead he/she can simply press a button and the keybinder will do it for them.

Ye but you shouldn't replace Roleplay Commands with /me with it, better use it for Commands like /lock, /enter, etc.

Yeah tried hot- keyboard and its not better than chaos to be honest, Anyways I run both samp keys and chaos at the same time just so I get more slots :P and they are both working perfectly for me.

I prefer "SA:MP keybinds".
It's a very small program and easy to use.
I used to bind my keys with Chaos Keybinder but it kept bugging up.
