Walter grew up on the west side of Chichago. As the bigger kid, others looked up to him like a god. This gave him easy access to things if he needed something to be dealt with. He founded the gang on a playground called called The Delano with all of his young friends. Obviously, the west side of the Cha' town isn't to nice so they made this gang, looking for a family and protection. King was respected because he was respected, but also feared. He wasn't the one to go after when you needed money. The gang grew up light, shooting dice on the curb and such. Eventually King decided to just step it up. Car theft and robbing was just two of the crazy crimes he led. Walter wasn't just a gangster, he also enforced rules. Getting an education and staying away from drugs was an essential part of Walter's plan of becoming successful. He developed the gang into a family mentality, making sure everybody had everybody's back. In the 70's, Walter was introduced to heroin. He jumped on it as soon as he could, running it through the gang so they could sell and roll in money for the gang. This easily brought in guns for the gang because money flowed like a river. When this came into play, turf was money so you were able to expand your drug empire. Walter's gang soon was more like a nation, and he was losing control. He was locked up for more than ten years, which made him almost lose his grip on the gang.
Money was what they called him. He was running the biggest drug capital the Fours have seen since King was locked up. He got out of jail in '86, which put him right back where he left off. He brought new homies to the streets and was able to get them all on the drug selling business. This could only be controlled by one thing. Power. He led the gang into violence, turning on his own if they messed with his money. He led the gang into their own down fall. Turning on each-other to gain profit and turf. He was quick to put a hit on someone because of money, it wasn't a joke. One day, Money was with a Four and a rival snuck up behind him and blew his brains out which ended his reign, but left the Fours hanging by a thread.
Angelo was in a great position on the Hustlers. He was a well feared Four and wasn't your best friend. Dating Walter Wheat's daughter, he already was a important person in the gang. He was an enforcer in the gang, giving him automatic respect from those below him. In '94 he was arrested for gun charges and this is when it starting falling apart. He was still in jail when he decided he would order guns to take over the streets. He was released from prison and sent a soldier to get his guns, not trusting the dealer. It was an undercover cop who was selling them. When Angelo heard this he flipped and went hiding for a while to stay away from the police after him, but not giving up on controlling the streets. He then put out a hit on all of the older people in the gang, to have all attention on him. The first he went after was Walter, the gangs founder and his girlfriend's father and the grandfather of his son. So he had a teen ride up to Walter's car and fire to shots into his head and back, killing him. He also was able to get another successful hit on another original member of the gang. The police were looking all over for him and the found him. He was found under a bridge in the trunk of a car, body frozen and it seemed he was tortured.
Jordan grew up in Los Santos, but being Walter's cousin he gained access to gang life at a early age. Finding out who his real family's killers were was a change in his life. His mother was not killed the way he thought she was. She died of a drug overdose, given to her by a Gangster Disciple. His father was never shot down, he committed suicide but his brothers? Killed by crips, just like he thought. By the time he was 15 he was affiliated with the Fours and was given drug access and such to sell for himself, from one of the Fours. This led to a large progress with his affiliation. Eventually he called up his friend living in San Fierro and learned there was a Four set near the edge of San Fierro. He decided to expand the empire, getting drugs from Fours and distributing them on the streets with ease. He was, and still is drug running on his feet, never seen without protection.
Time increased and the Fours were a success. Drugs thrived in the hood and were starting to go all over the streets. Guns were also going through the gang like crazy. Everyone was strapped and alot had A-Ks. When this was known around the streets, Jordan ran into a guy name Andre "Dre" King. He wanted a part of this and together Andre and his friends aand Jordan's gang met up and devised a plan to expand the Four Corner nation. Andre decided to start his own set called the Four Brothers. This was just the start to Jordan's success..
..As things with Dre got close, Jordan started losing money and things were tough. Dre caused hell in the city, making a name for the gang but also causing random trouble. Other gangs went after Jordan, mixing his gang with Dre's. By the time things were settled it was clear Jordan was losing to much money for him to be content with Dre. So Jordan met with Dre, Kyreese and one of Jordan's homies to "talk". Jordan was planning on killing Dre and making his gang fall apart and make things back to normal. Little did Jordan know that Kyreese wasn't comfortable with this. So when Jordan put his gun to Dre's face, Kyreese grabbed his M4 and it was a huge confusion. Kyreese wanted Dre free but Jordan wanted Dre dead. Dre left with Kyreese and a bullet in his leg.
After that, things grew worse. The gang was being attacked, not that they couldn't defend themselves, but the constant waves of attacks were just too much. After a while, people started giving up. The turf was being taken over and drugs were being lost. Some people spread off making their own sets around the city of Los Santos. When the attacks were done and things were settled, nothing was left. The hood was taken by a new gang, no one had a clue of where anyone was. Things were just a complete mess. Jordan still had his drugs and what little money he had left. So he moved out to Jefferson for a while to settle down but was still curious. So one day he took a walk into Ganton, seeing whats up. When he reached the Ganton gym he ran into his old friend Jay. They talked for a while when Jordan's friend Will came back to town. He was out for a while for some odd reason but came back and saw Jordan and Jay talking, so he walked up and a smile came on both Jordan and Will's face as they dapped each other up when they met. As Jordan introduced Will to Jay, he was already starting to plot. The three were talking and Jordan decided to call his friend Ted and together the four drew too much attention. They all agreed to get the set back together, correcting the mistakes of the past.

-You best friend is your right hand man..Treat him well.
-Money and drug hand downs most likey go to you.
-You do alota stuff, when there is more then one Right-Hand-Man one will rp getting the drugs in their bags in the kitchen and things like that.
-You have alot on your shoulders, don't mess up because you will get killed.
-Your basically the Lord's personal bodyguard, keep him safe.
-You run a clique in the gang, controling their every move..WITH PERMISSION!
-You collect taxes from the people we say, when we say.
-If you end up going to a meeting or something with the Lord and Right Hand Man, your probably going to be the look out man. So don't get pissed if you can't go inside.
-Don't go wild because your in a gang, keep your mouth shut.
-Your probably going to be the one selling so your represtenting the gang, give good rp and don't talk shit..Don't sell off the turf.
-Listen to all the orders, no matter how crazy you think they are.
-Your not in the gang you just chill here.
-We don't have your back on anything unless you a old friend you do so don't say you roll with us.
-No one knows your name, your not beat in, you just hang around trying to get in
-Rp as great as you can because we will kick you out of the hood if your not good.
