Trafficking Cell Shut Down by Mexican Federal Police

Image
Five members of the alleged cell that works for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel

The Attorney General's Office dismantled a gang dedicated to the violent robberies, vehicles & trafficking through the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. The alleged members are an off-shoot cell of the notorious Los Aliados, an armed paramilitary wing dedicated to trafficking and protecting lucrative routes for the Jalisco Cartel. The Attorney General confirmed that Los Aliados are the direct link to the Jalisco cells in the United States, it is understood that they are working alongside their US counterparts to shutdown US bound operations, along with apprehending cells directly linked to the Jalisco Cartel in the US. The criminal group is linked to a high ranking member known as El Chuky, a known trafficker that has control of Federal Highway 15, that leads directly to the Mexican-United States border.

The gang was led by Gustavo Lorenzo, alias "El Vador", he was arrested alongside Esteban "El Pequeño" Rodriguez, both of whom were wanted in connection to a string of murders in the western metropolitan area of Guadalajara. Upon arrest Mexican Federal police found two semi-automatic pistols and a AR15 stashed away in the trunk of the SUV the duo were travelling in. The investigation was sparked after three members of the gang were arrested at the border crossing in Nogales, Sonora. The trio were travelling in a stolen red SUV packed with firearms and narcotics in the hopes of reaching the United States. The three were charged with intent to supply and possession of illegal firearms, the driver Mariana Rivera, 23 was also charged with motor vehicle theft.

With these actions, the Attorney General's Office reaffirms their commitment to Operation Jalisco to rid Jalisco of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in the states of Guerrero and Jalisco.

How do I get involved?
Everything is done completely in character, we no longer offer human trafficking roleplay. We are aware that it is very hard to approach us as a new character/player, and the reason for that is because we do not hang in one single place, our crews are spread across Los Santos. While, we have "turf" on Market, that's is simply a place for people to live, and hang out, but those affiliated to the cartel rarely stop by the Market area.

It is sheer luck, find connections within the faction and hopefully that person, will vouch for you. You need to show a dedication to your character, and a willingness to join the faction and develop/create roleplay for your character, as we don't spoon feed roleplay here.

If your character can prove themselves as a worthy money maker? Someone is going to snap you up and take you under their wing, and start working for them. Do you need to come in all legal minded? No. We've had people start out as drug dealers in Idlewood, car-jackers or operate a business that we have an interest in protecting/making money from. It is up to you to make that move, we won't hold your hand. Do not PM any of the leadership asking for a possible established connection that works for Jalisco Cartel in Mexico, you will be ignored.

What is "Los Matas"?
Los Matas is a cell connected to Mexico's fastest growing cartel, the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. The Jalisco New Generation Cartel has turned the drug war upside down with a new approach to cartel warfare, taking over Mexico in 5 years, whereas it took the likes of the Sinaloa Cartel, a generation. CJNG's cells are notoriously brutal in Mexico, but inside the United States, the game is different, they are " businessmen", working under the radar for the cartel. Cells in the United States are built-up by gang members, illegal immigrants and low-income workers, easily replaced by those they work under. Violence in the United States is a last resort, cells work to keep the money flowing and leave the violence back in Mexico.
