The Khans Motorcycle Club is a hardcore "9%er" motorcycle club in San Andreas, United States of America. The faction is storyline based. We build IC events alongside an storyline to keep the Roleplay in movement, by following the storyline members will not be stuck to the normal IC activities, since they'll have a meaning behind their characters, and will be able to Roleplay a creative line that will build another chapter of the storyline. Khans MC is not a traditional MC and we're not based in any real life MC, so the "realistic" argument here is only used to define the limits and rules of Roleplay. Keep reading to understand the basics of the nine percenter culture.

The Khans Motorcycle Club

The Khans
Image
Motorcycle Club, sometimes referred as Khans MC or Khan Army, is a "nine-percenter" motorcycle gang, alleged organized crime syndicate and activist society influenced by the Oi!, streetpunk and skinhead cultures and their subsequent factions S.H.A.R.P. (Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice) and R.A.S.H. (Red and Anarchist Skinheads). The Khans MC is headquartered in Boston, Massachussets, but the Khans patch holders have been seen wearing their colors and vests in places like Berlin, Germany; Dublin, Ireland and other cities in the United States, such as New York, NY.

Foundation
____________________________________________________________

The Khans Motorcycle Club was founded at Los Santos, San Andreas. At the moment of its foundation, the club was defined as a one-percenter motorcycle club. Having active territorial disputes with the extinct Los Santos charters of the Hells Angels, Breed and Pagan's and with the Mongols Motorcycle Club. Years after their establishment in Little Tokyo, south central district Los Santos, the club defined a new concept of Motorcycle Club, being the first active nine-percenter Motorcycle Club in the USA.

According to the official history of the club, the Khans were founded by four motorcyclists: Kurt "Parrot" Mitchell, Jimmy "Painkiller" Braescher, Frank McAllister and Vieira Sanchez. In the past decade tough, it was lead only by Mitchell and Braescher, President and Vice-President of the club respectivelly. Little is known about Viera's and Frank's disappearence. Kurt Mitchell was a known punk activist on the east coast Punk scene, former bassist of the punk rock band, Periodic Paranoia and involved in several incidents regarding drugs and rioteous behavior. Braescher have born in Pittsburgh, however spent most of his life living in East Berlin, getting acquainted with the local skinhead, oi! and streetpunk scene. After the fall of the wall, he came back to the United States. There's a long gap between Mithcell and Braescher encounter and the foundation of the Khans on the West Coast, there are suspicious that their encounter with the West Chester motorcyclists, Sanchez and McAllister, was actually the beginning of a small time motorcycle gang known as the Aces, which is belived to have evolved into the Khans Motorcycle Club. However no proofs or connections between the two gangs were found.

Rioteous Activities
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

There are many suspicious of the Khans Motorcycle Club being involved with drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, kidnapping, murder for hire, participation in turf wars and several other criminal activities. Members of the Los Santos charter have been arrested under this charges and the club charter on that city was closed by the local police during a vast operation led by the Vice Division. The most notorious criminal activity that marked both Khans and Los Santos history tough, were the Los Santos 2011, July 30th riots.
Image
The riots started with a petition from the Khans Motorcycle Club to change the current laws and acts of San Andreas. According to the petition, several laws in the consitution were outdated or wrongly applied towards the population, creating an abuse of force scenario. As it was described on the petition:

To the Los Santos City Hall,
Trough this petition, the people of Los Santos who have signed down urge to the authorities that the current legislation shall be changed trough amendments or new laws in order to respect to the maximum the rights that the first amendment guarantee to every American citizen. Trough experiences shared by the creators of this petition and innumerous citizens throughout the state is concluded that articles from the penal code need to be reinforced, changed or corrected, so any citizen including peace officers are protected and encouraged to abide correctly to the comply of the law and the proper execution of it, as well for the proper punishments applied to who infringe this laws, being civilians or peace officers.

Reminding the First Amendment: “The Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievance”

After gathering signatures, the club organized a protest entitled "Riot Act". The intention according to the protest organizers, was not to create a riot. The intention was to ironize the acts of the San Andreas Penal Code, and warn the governement, that if they refused to change their posture and ignored the claim of the citizens, their acts, would generate a riot. On July 30th, the Riot Control Unit of the Los Santos Police Department was already at Idlewood in order to contain the manifestation. After the situation was finally under control, the Police Department issued an arrest warrant to Jimmy Braescher, at that time, Vice President of the Khans Motorcycle Club, and alleged main organizer of the riots. He was arrested at the same day on Jack Rabit's bar on East Los Santos.

The controversy after the Riots
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

After the Riots, the Police Department made the following press release:

Metro Calms Los Santos Riots with no Police Casualties - Michael G. Houston July 31st at 11:28.

"The Metropolitan Division has been hard at work this week after word of a riot planned for Friday 30th July at around 22:00 local time got back to Division Commander Jack Vega. In the lead-up to the event on Friday evening, a significant number of staff from the Metropolitan Division geared up to take to the street in the interest of Public Safety.(...)
Estimations have revealed that upward of 100 revellers attended the marches, which occurred in two separate episodes – (...)The Los Santos Police Department sustained no casualties at all, though due credit is given to The Los Santos Fire Department for their attendance to the event and readiness to treat those who fell victim to viscious eruptions of violence in what was intended to be a peaceful protest.
Less-than-lethal measures were used including lachrymatory agents (Teargas) and the department’s Water Cannon tanks. No public damage was sustained, though the clean-up operation was still on-going this morning as flyers, placquards and broken glass lined the streets of Idlewood and Commerce.
Today we reflect on an event which was turned sour by a selfish minority, and should look to ensure that such an atrocity is never allowed to plague the streets of the City of Saints."

Braescher managed to walk away with a minor sentence, and right after his release, he provided an answer to the police on the Khans Motorcycle Club website:

The Riot Act. - by Painkiller, August 24th, 2011

"(...)Due to the Riot Act we've suffered a lot of bad consequences.(...)Well, first thing you need to know is that we've been attacked once again by the police department, who is unable to see a peaceful gathering as our right. Second thing is that they've lied to the media once again (...)
On the pronouncement above, you can see how they sustain the theory they've used less than lethal weapons, when in fact all we've seen there were M4 assault rifles. No casualties? That's the biggest joke,; then they call us "selfish minority". Ok, I'll continue being selfish fighting for a better future for everyone. A future that their rifles could not give us. A future they've scared about.(...)Our message has been heard.

The new Khans Administration
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

On January 17th, 2012, Kurt Mitchell,

passed away due to a lung cancer he was fighting against since early 2000. The President of the mother charter death was considered the mark of a new era inside the club. Jimmy Braescher assumed the club's presidence. Several members left the charter due to Kurt's death, and Braescher used the opportunity of leadership inside the club, to once again bring his influences and contacts, inside the worldwide skinhead scene, to the club. He designed the nine-percenter concept and created a new bylaw for the club. Some people whos studies the Motorcycle Club history and activities in the United States, claim that one of the reasons for this change was also, an attempt to distract the police force and make investigations towards the club harder, since the Khans Los Santos Vice President was being charged with the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Carly Allaway.

The Renegades Motorcycle Club
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

On 5th of January of 2012, the Los Santos charter of the Renegades Motorcycle
Image
club was pacthed over by the Khans MC. In this specific case, the Renegades members who agreed with the patch over, were incorporated to the Khans Motorcycle club, increasing the base of the nine percenters. Both clubs appeared to be "brother clubs" in a good standing with each other, as Khans and Renegades were oftenly seen togheter on the streets of Los Santos. The reasons for the patch over however, remain incognita. Many reasons usually lead to a patch over situation, domination (which is not believe to be this case since both clubs were on friendly terms), increase of manpower, strategical increase of terrirory for both parties or help to members in a club on critical situation by keeping them inside the MC scene and grant them renewed strenght.

The Nine Percenter
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

The nine percenter is a concept created to define the soldiers of freedom, as defined by Khans ideology. The name nine-percenter was insipired by this quote of the greek philosopher "Hericletus", around 500 B.C.:

"Of every one hundred men in battle;
Ten shouldn’t even be there;
Eighty are nothing but targets;
Nine are real soldiers,
We are lucky to have them
They make the battle;
Ah, but the One, one of them is a Warrior
and he will lead the others back home."

The nine-percenters qualify themselves as the real soldiers in the long war for freedom. Being a nine-percenter means that you've been accepted as spokesman of the opressed and bringer of the working-class anger. It also means that you're ready to abandon all the vague and stereotyped concepts in order to accept your new brotherhood. Trough many years the Khans MC tried to integrate their ideology into the one-percenter culture, however the outlaw without cause ideology (as Khans sees the one percenter nowadays), were not flexible enough to accept the "curse of the skull", as the members of the club calls the responsiblity of wearing the three piece patch and the club colors. The nine percenters are extremely engaged on political movements and are known to protest upon any action they consider to be a violation of their rights.

The main carrier of the protest is usually the motorcycle itself. Khans consider their motorcycles as war horses and they try as much as possible to make their bikes look frightning and intimidating. A protest ride usually consists of words of order in mixed with big engine roars and horns. This is used to draw the attention of the bypassers and to directly bother anyone in range of the prostest. The bikes are not only the official protest vehicle, but they're a representation of freedom achieved trough hard work. The nine percenter believe the same way you have to work hard to achieve a position or an objective, you have to work hard on your bike to achieve ultimate freedom."The motorcycle is the closer experience of fear and death, that a man can feel on the road. Also the nine percenter motorcycle can inspire fear to anyone that makes visual contact with it, for it is the sight of the horseman of death.Everyone is afraid of death, and death is ultimate freedom." - Jimmy Braescher, Khans Motorcycle Club President.

Inspired by the Oi! movement, the causes that Khans usually defend are: freedom of speech, anarchy, anti-racism, end of police brutality, corruption and many times members of the club were saw protesting against arrest of club members. On January 06th of 2012, a small protest ocurred trough Pershing Square and Idlewood areas, claiming that the incarceration of the Club's Vice President was unlawful.

Common Pacthes
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

On a Khan vest (black leather vest as pattern), it can be noticed many pacthes of yet unknown meanings. Many inspired by norse mithology symbols as Odin Runes or Mjolnir, popular anarchist symbols as the anti-facist circle, written patches that can indicate ranks inside the club or personal achievments. The pacthes pattern are much different from the usual one percenter pacthes.

Image

Multicultural symbology
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

The Khans patches are a literal miscegenation of many force related symbols. From norse myths like the Thor hammer (Mjölnir) and the yggdrasil tree representation to known anarch flags. This can be the result of the approximation of the Khans to the skinhead culture, embracing both the skinhead appropriation of the Norse myths and the S.H.A.R.P. ideologies of leading the skinheads away from facism. Little is known about the real meaning behind the patches, but it appears the the military ranks are used to define the hierarchy inside the club and the other patches are used for specific achievments or personal qualities. Even with the distance from the one percenter culture, the Khans keep the three piece patch and it's meanings.

The Curse of the Skull
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

If one decides he wants to join the "brotherhood", he is to accept the consequences of the curse of the skull. The curse of the skull is the code that the Khans patch holder lives by. To the Khans wearing the vest means that you're a warrior and your flag is freedom. You're not to live by the hypocrite laws of the soul destructive society, however the burden of this curse will destroy your body. "The curse of the skull is your life now, and it shall be your death" is a common phrase heard, when the prospect member is finally 'pacthed-in". There are acusations of the Khans members being the executioners of the ones who do not abide to the curse of the skull, even with many legal charges regarding this matter, nothing was ever proved.

― VICE DIVISION PUTS A BOOT ON MOTORCYCLE CLUB ―
KHANS MOTORCYCLE CLUB IS DISBANDED BY LSPD VICE DIVISION
Written by Commander Martin Smallwood

TUESDAY, 9th APRIL, 2013 ― The Los Santos Police Department has, today, dealt another significant blow to the criminal underworld of Los Santos. In concluding a lengthy Investigation Detectives from the Vice Division have ensured that a violent Motorcycle club with clear criminal elements is no longer free to terrorize the law abiding residents of this City. The Khans motorcycle club has survived distinct changes to the criminal scenery of the city. They have gone through periods within which their criminal enterprises seemingly operated with impunity to times where they fell into almost non existence. They have waged war with rival Motorcycle clubs and have fought for dominance over narcotics trafficking statewide. However today they have succumbed to the forces of law.

    Image

The organisation, based within the Little Tokyo/Verdant Bluffs area of the city, has long been infamous for its violence and complete disregard for the rule of law and order. The LSPD, in its investigation, uncovered a widespread organisation that, at one time, was able to exert significant influence over the movement of contraband throughout the City of Los Santos. In order to do so, the members of this 'club' offered no remorse or mercy to those who got in their way. Be they law abiding citizens or law enforcement. Each person detained in this operation has an extensive criminal record with previous offences spanning all the way up to Murder. Ths LSPD cannot understate the extent to which this organisation willfully used violence as a means to succeed within Los Santos.

Within the early hours of Tuesday the 9th of April a wide-reaching operation was put into action. This operation, under the oversight of the Office of Criminal intelligence, saw tactical resources from the Office of Metropolitan and Vice Detectives execute a number of search warrants state-wide and act on numerous arrest warrants. These raids and arrests are still ongoing at the time of writing but so far the LSPD has had great levels of success with each warrant executed. With this operation the extent to which violent bikers have an impact on life within city limits will have been drastically reduced.

This investigation again shows the commitment that we at the LSPD have to ensuring this city remains safe from the dangers that these ruthless criminal enterprises try to bring to our streets. The investigative team behind this investigation have put themselves in almost constant jeopardy and they have done so with little expectation of praise or reward. This operation is the latest in a string of similar operations this year which has seen the LSPD dismantle organisations that no doubt thought they could operate with complete disregard for the law and with no concern for the rights of the law abiding. This latest operation should serve as a very clear warning to those currently engaged in criminal activities, or those contemplating it, that the LSPD's Office of Criminal Intelligence will spare no time or expensive in ensuring you are brought to justice.

A Senior Vice Detective was quoted as saying, 'As seen by the takedown of the Mongols MC last year. Any organised crime within any form is not tolerated within Los Santos, and VICE will continue to work around the clock to make sure the individuals who run this seedy criminal empires are brought before the courts and tried. Motorcycle clubs have for too long gone under the radar, and under our watch they will not continue to do so.'

Khans Motorcycle Club, according to the LSPD
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

The Khans MC, a self-defined "nine-percenter" Motorcycle Gang first began to come to the attention of the LSPD as a small motorcycle club operating out of Las Colinas. From the very onset, it had operated as a violent, semi-organized criminal cell, engaging in acts of homicide, robbery and extending into the dealing of narcotics and eventually firearms. Under the direction of then president Kurt Mitchell, the club began to expand into what has become one of the largest organized crime rackets in the city. The hierarchy of the organization suggests a highly efficient and quasi-military type structure. The Khans began to rival the long-time unmatched Mongols M.C, eventually displacing them as the largest motorcycle club in the city with the most widespread and noticeable criminal operations. The tension between the Mongols and the Khans has been ever present and confrontation between the two are common. The Khans also run based on a violent, resistant anarchistic ideology, which was epitomized during the Los Santos City riots of July 2011. As such, members of the club are extremely hostile to all sorts of police activity. The organization remains under the direction of President Jimmy Braescher and is believed to run one of the largest arms and narcotics distribution operations in the state.

The Khans had grown both in number and their violent attitude under the leadership of Jimmy Braescher for a very long time. However other pressing concerns kept VICE from investigating, and so the Khans began to expand in power and carve themselfs a greater presence within narcotics distribution. However they started to run out of steam and began to revert back to their more quiet and gumble beginings, it was around this time that Jimmy Braescher stepped from from President for unknown reasons in late 2012, early 2013 and handed off the President patch to Alexander "Skin" Eisenberg. Under Eisenberg's regime, the Khans slipped away from what they once stood for as punks and anarchists, and instead moulded themselfs into violent criminal thugs willing to do anything to make a quick buck to spend on whores, and liquor. But this attitude brought them into conflict with a new rival MC, the Sons of Silence who punished them daily with robberies, assaults, killings and ofcourse another bloody war erupted upon the streets of Los Santos. One in which the Khans we're loosing, and so a taskforce was put together, a joint operation between VICE Division alongside with Robbery-Homicide Division to investigate and close down the most violent of the two, the Sons of Silence. Even though, the taskforce did not offically suceed with its goal, it did apply pressure onto both clubs causing both to shrink in size and power. Under constant surveillance and police presence, the Sons of Silence fell apart, some of the members died, others left Los Santos, whereas the Khans still stood strong, but both the war and the added police presence had left them powerless as they scrapped together what sales they could on narcotics to pay for the remains of its criminal empire. The Khans had certainly lost their path and power under Alexander Eisenberg's regime, this may be due to poor leadership, or just a collaspe of infrastructure.

After the takedown
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

With most of the important names on the club's roster either in jail or dead the San Andreas chapter of the club colapsed. Jimmy Braescher was not arrested on that operation, since as stated above, he stepped out of the president rank some time before the Vice Division operation. Little is known about his current situation, but the last time he was saw in Los Santos, witnesses claim that he was still wearing the "President Patch", although he had another "bottom rocker" on his club vest. Instead of San Andreas, he was wearing a "Chapter 11" rocker. What exactly is the "Chapter 11" is still unknown.

Due to the club being able of survival outside San Andreas, rumours indicate that Braescher is still leading the Khans this time in secrecy. The mother chapter of the club nowadays is located in Boston Massachussets.

Dukes, Liberty City 2005

The night of Liberty City is not a surprise. Especially when you’re a homeless punk with no perspective looking for more
Image
chaos.
The Eastern Steinway Beer Garden. Usual place to find problems, but yet the perfect place for coincidences. There is was Kurt Mitchell, with his blonde Mohawk. What a wasted child. 16 years, homeless and drunk as hell, got kicked out from his punk band, the few bills he still had on his pocket were being spent on the counter with some cheap Vodka.
Then a huge convoy stopped outside. You could hear the engines shaking the ground. Dozens of bikes, and one common symbol: The Lost Brotherhood. As they entered the bar Kurt felt intimidated but at the same time, he was impressed, by the freedom status they were displaying. Suddenly a strange man walks inside the bar, his face was completely tattooed, drawing a skull on his head. He hadn’t a Lost “Patch” on his jacket yet he was scariest than most of the other bikers.

Image
Somewhere around Phoenix, Arizona, there was a robbery. The All Points Bulletin describes four biker individuals, armed with knives and Glocks. It’s been three years since Francis, Vieira, Kurt and Jimmy where promoting chaos around the country. A small outlaw gang, although a notorious gang. Like a James-Younger gang on bikes. They were called the Aces. They didn’t create this name, the underworld gave them this title. They’ve worked mostly for Hank O’Neil, a big street boss in the Irish Mob. They weren’t associates, and they weren’t henchman. They where only four skilled workers, who could deal with almost any kind of dirty job. Hank always had small time jobs, like truck robberies, assassination and extortion. Until the day he needed reckless warriors to board in unknown territory. Of course he wouldn’t risk his associates and soldiers, throwing them in some god forsaken city to die. He needed the Aces.

Image

Months have passed in peace. The Khans Motorcycle Club was successfully established in Los Santos, as the
Image
newest hardcore crew. The underground was shaking and most of the society rejects were joining the club. From war veterans like Reptile and Kong, British “radicals” like Lonely, young and wasted bikers like Outlaw, Kaz and Nick to problem kids like Bones, B-Mike and Redneck. They had trustful prospects like Motorhead, Trigger, Pazon and several others. Not to mention that the Aces, Kurt and Painkiller where having luck even with love, both engaged respectively with Sarah Angel and Crystal Wilson, also known as Blaze. In fact Blaze’s entry on the club was a real hellfire drama. She was involved with Vieira but, jealousy and several other factors made Vieira dump her. Painkiller was her new boyfriend since then. Legacies were built inside the Khans. Reptile brought his son Kenny to prospect in the club, Kaz brought his brother “Snake”, Bones brought his cousin Josh, and believe it or not Kurt and Sarah were having a baby and Painkiller and Blaze were too.

Image

The so called not corrupted system allowed Painkiller to get out of jail. There was a lot of shit to be done. Breed’s presence in East Los Santos and its attacks towards the Coonan were only the beginning. Nemo’s death was still a mystery and it appeared that the investigations would never be concluded. New blood was coming for the club and they were bringing a new dynamic definition of the club’s face. Tension was born in Ganton, as the Rollin’ Five Avenue relation was getting tense each day. Brandt, the first black prospect of the MC was the responsible for connecting them to the Khans but Khans being robbed at Ganton were not helping anyone to keep up the good standing with them.

The situation with the sureño clicks in the city was apparently calmed down. At least the official posture was to cut the tension off. Unfortunately there was still a mystery which could trigger a violent war between the Khans and the sureños. This was a war that obviously was not desired by the Khans, but the reasons for it were more than acceptable. Apparently a Black Tahoma driven by a Sureño was responsible for two rape attempts in the same night, one of the victims were Asha Lansbury, Kaz girlfriend. She was attacked and had even to be hospitalized. The hunt season was on; target: Black Tahoma...

Image

Image

With the ranks thinning, Painkiller and Kong remaining at the middle, they established the fact that they would restore the dominance of the Khans. Frank was declared banned and hunted, since both of them knew what would be his posture regarding Vee’s death. Even with the whole club fearing for the worst possibility, Frank never returned. Everyone was waiting for Kurt. Would he die with his cancer? Would he comeback? If he returned to Los Santos, he would agree with Painkiller’s plan?

Image

Amazingly, Kurt survived his small cancer situation in Canada. He returned to Los Santos, brain fully functional, or so it seemed. When he met Painkiller he already knew of the recent events. Surprisingly he agreed with Painkiller’s decisions. When Painkiller said with his own words to Kurt, how and why he killed Vee, Kurt confessed to Painkiller all the truth behind Worm and Nemo’s death; this stories though would not affect Painkiller anymore since everything was finally going back on the road.

Image

Diseases consume the body. The ground might eat the shelter, but no vermin in the universe can devour a warrior’s spirit. The time has come for the brothers to say goodbye once again. But this time, they would be saying farewell to Kurt. The doctors diagnosticated the death's cause as lung cancer. Kurt's right lung was two times bigger than normal, due to the uncontrolled cell growth in tissues of the lung.

Image

Back in Toronto, years ago, the doctors diagnosticated his tumor as malignant, the healing process was impossible. Kurt obviously lied all the time. The HIV just made things worse, as well as the drinking and the constant use of methamphetamines, that damaged Kurt's liver badly.

The brotherhood was never so close to the end. As result of Kurt’s death, Payton left the club and destiny brought death and cowardice to the hearts of many Khans. The club numbers were reduced badly. Naturaly Painkiller took over the Club’s leadership. This time however, PK’s heart was heavy. The only pain he couldn’t possibly overcome, was Kurt’s death. And to complete the grim destiny’s play, the Mongols were coming back inside Los Santos. For some reason they’ve decided to move to Montgomery, and for some reason they’ve decided to come back. Could it be that they’ve heard about Kurt’s death and decided to prepare a final blow to the Khans? And this could be an easy blow to deliver with Kong being charged with the murder of Carly.

Even with Kurt passing away, Painkiller couldn’t let his guard down. He couldn’t let the club crumble down. Another revolution was on sight. He reunited the brothers once again for a change. They were leaving the one percenter. Let them rot with their own hypocrisy. For Khans are now what they were always meant to be. Nine Percenter, bad to the bone.

For Khans follows now, the spirit of the Warrior. Kurt's soul is deep inside the brotherhood now. And even from the dead, the warrior soul will rise.

Image

In the moment that Painkiller decided to hand the San Andreas chapter to Skin, he knew already what future was reserved for the mother chapter. The police was closing down the circle. Obviously that would end with the total collapse of the club. Painkiller had run some criminal schemes during his era leading the Khans, he also aided Kurt with countless deals of drugs, weapons and even prostitution. Deep inside, he knew that his lucky would run out one day.

He had experience with crime. Hell he had. Before the club was founded, the Aces raised hell in America. Bloodbathing from east to west. But there is an enourmous difference between working in a small band and leading a whole organized motorcycle club. The more people you have, you have bigger chances of failure. You open the door to risk. You play for high stakes expecting glory. In a game where fail is not an option, your predeterminated to fail. The drug dealing have become the main source of income and work in the club. The ideals were long forgotten, and the brotherhood based on rebellion, become a gang of pushers. The local underworld market is feral. Meth was the most valuable product, but Khans couldn't touch it, or else they would risk stepping in the shoes of the White Devils Motorcycle Club. Painkiller knew that they couldn't survive another full-scale conflict so soon. There were still scars from the impulsive help they've handed to the Colonial Watts XXVII boys against the sureños. The club house had the stench of brother's blood, below the viaduct marks of battles with Mongols and the Sons of Silence.

Outside the Chapter, it seemed that the Khans were the world's public enemy number one. Atilio Kelvin, son of Drake Kelvin, was forced to transfer from Spain to San Andreas. The reason? Spanish Khans were obliterated. Brute force and bullets. Atilio, was one of the few survivors. And it was not like Stone and Fritz had better knews from Germany.

With that ammount of shit going on. Khans were in need of either a reform, or a decent burial. Painkiller was not sure which was the better option the only thing he was certain of, was that the San Andreas chapter had to be closed down. PK couldn't do it. He hadn't the balls to kill this part of him. The consolation came with an strategical advantage though: having all the San Andreas Khans arrested or killed, would take Khans out the heavy traffic of drugs forever, because no other chapter did that much drug deals. The cancer was in San Andreas.

Image

With that in mind, Painkiller took the president patch of the Chapter 11, becoming worlwide president of the club. The last founder alive and probably, the last Khan that will die went from high valuable target of the police, to shadow.

He knew that he would be hunted down. The LSPD still had something to throw his way. That day in the bar, Painkiller almost killed Hailey. He had the knife on her throat ready to murder her right inside the Khan Throne after a discussion. His love-hate relationship with her turned into pure hate. He was tired of drama, he had enough of trying to help her with love, he was tired of bipolar conversations ending in sex just to start the bipolar situations again, he couldn't stand her choosing dating a prospect instead of acepting his invite to be someone in the club beside him. All of that made PK desire her death. And that was not wise of him at all. The old cliche, he should've know that women would be the end of him and the club. He didn't learned his lesson after Blaze, after Nemo or even after old ladys, properties and fuck buddies of the brothers like Carly and Mel. His "heated-argument" with Hailey ended up with SWAT taking him into custody, for kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon. He never did the time for that though. Vice Division was too smart to let that card be used so quickly. They offered him "freedom". Painkiller wasn't going to accept such an offer regardless of the terms, but then the detectives offered something that he couldn't deny. They would drop this charges, if he gave them information about the other Motorcycle Clubs and they would leave the Khans alone, if they managed to get below the radar, they even offered a bigger toleration to Khans activities. He already knew that Vice was on his ass. So he couldn't deny it. A complete fool, it was obvious that they wouldn't keep the promisse.

Months have passed since the situation with Hailey and Painkiller finally drove his West Coast Chopper CFL II out of Los Santos. Needless to say, that not much time after his departure, the Khans Motorycle Club was taken down by the Vice Division. And guess what? Painkiller was charged with kidnapping and asault with a deadly weapon. Like in the last paragraph, "women would be the end of the club", the main informants of the casefile, were Melissa Lawrence and Carly Allaway. Kong took care of them. Too late apparently. By the time of Carly's murder, the Los Santos Police Department had enough information about the club. Even if the Khans sytems and ideals were still secret, their crimes were not.

Painkiller was not there when the arrest extravaganza happened. Luckly, he was in Venturas, assembling the chapter 11. After the takedown, he fled to Boston, and ever since he ruled the khans from the shadows. A once powerful leader, forced to live in secrecy after his empire, his brothers and his dreams of anarchy were killed by his own imprudence. He lied to himself, he believed that his mission in San Andreas was complete. If it was complete or incomplete is subjective. Absolute is only the fact that it had achieved nothing.

After the takedown of the original Los Santos charter of the Khans, many of the brothers fled to other states and counties. While Alexander Eisenberg was caught and convicted, he was just one man in a vast network of likeminded anarchists. Painkiller had escaped, and was still actively leading the Khan’s other charters throughout the world.

Khans managed to survive. But Los Santos kept its glamourous decadence, its glorious hypocrisy.

Image
Painkiller was, at first, convinced that the Khans had done all they could do to change Los Santos. But Stone, that was in Germany with Fritz, and Atilio, son of Kong currently working in the rebirth of the Khans spanish chapter, thought otherwise. The very same enemies of the Khans still lived in Los Santos. They even got stronger. There was a big nazi phenomenon coming from the Los Santos prison system, more one percenter clubs with reactonary ideals masked in the libertine one percenter lifestyle were filling the gap that the Mongols, the Khans and the White Devils left. There was maybe one hope still alive in LS. The old Renegade MC members. Led by Ruskie, the old Russian sociopath. When the Khans merged the Renegades into their own ranks, via a patch-over, Ruskie quickly climbed the ranks of the club. Even if he never fully absorved the nine percenter ideology. Perhaps, he was the first one to see not only the utopia in that speech, but also he noticed that the club was going to be destroyed by the roster changes. Ruskie left the Khans in the very beggining of the ending, that was unexpected that time. He left in good standing and maybe that good standing could be the link that Stone and Atilio needed in order to rise the original nine percenters from the grave in the city of saints.

They managed to convince Painkiller, that having nine percenter presence in San Andreas was matter of honor. A matter of standing true to their roots. And maybe redemption, for the brotherhood that once dreamed of chaos leading to progress.

After many long coversations of the Pros and Cons, it was decided that If Stone and Atilio lead it themselves; it was possible the Khans could continue the mission in Los Santos. Atilio passed on leadership of the Spanish charter to his trusted Vice President. Together, they met with Painkiller and his son Paddy in Boston. There, they discussed strategy, politics, anarchism and generally took some time to make sure everyone was thinking alike concerning the reopening of the Los Santos charter. After reconnecting with each other, it was decided that the time was right. With Painkiller’s blessing, Atilio and Stone moved back to Los Santos. Setting up a make shift club house and pulling some veteran Khans back into action. Flying nomad bottom rockers, the Khans rode back into town, chins held high, and full of pride, ready for whatever the city can throw at them.

The boys are back. And they're looking for trouble.

• Always follow the server rules, doesn't matter what the situation is.
• When you're willing to roleplay with another faction, keep the Rules Of Engagment in mind.
• In our forums you are gonna find our complete OOC and IC rules.(Click Here)
• Upon joining the club (recieving the prospect cut), you will recieve a CK agreement PM.

If you break any of these rules, you'll get a strike. Let's run the baseball style: three strikes and you're OUT.

Image

  • What are we?

We're a nine percenter Motorcycle Club. Our attitude is one percenter, and our ideology is influenced by Oi!, streetpunk and skinhead culture. Don't even try to relate us with racism or neo-nazism. We're roleplaying the influence of the S.H.A.R.P. (SkinHeads Against Racial Prejudice) skinhead faction. There is a heavy political motivation inside the club, so expect to be ignored ICly if you're coming with a nazi char, racist, stereotyped biker and etc.

  • So when I will get my patch?

If you ask for it, never. You will earn patches by showing that your roleplay standard is above the best. If your intention is to shoot Mongols, brawl in a dayli basis, don't even waste your time here. Don't get too cocky when reaching the prospect position. A Khans prospect is not equivalent to the one percenter prospect in matter of power.

  • Outlaw?

Yes Outlaw. Our objective IC its to cause Chaos, not to organize charity events. We will rob, kill, deal drugs and guns, participate in acts of vandalism, fight, provoke (ICly respecting server rules), act like badasses, offend you (ICly), offend others, disrespect, spit, rob vests of members of other MCs, and everything you can imagine with your dirty mind.

  • So its ok to DM?

NO, ABSOLUTELY NO. Our OOC relation ship with other factions is peacefull and will remain like this. Attacks will happen under high ranks supervision. If you are caught making us look bad, you're OOCly out.

  • Nine Percenter?

Yes. We've created this concept "based" on a "faction" inside the Hells Angels on Australia. We've mixed with Abutres MC stuff some Norse myths some months of discussion then, re-written the whole one percenter motorcycle club concept so it can finally fit the Khans MC original idea. An unique and stereotype free faction. Inside the nine percenter you won't find the usual symbols and rules. We have our own patches with their own powers, our own definition of Nomad and Prospect, our own patches and our own ride procedures. So as I've said before on this thread, drop the "realistic" argument. We're not inspired in any real life MC, we're a new type of fictional MC.

  • Ok, tell me more about the nine percenter, show me what the patches mean and stuff.

No! One of the many advantages of creating our own MC design and rules is that you won't be able to just google it and expect to know everything about this type of RP. You'll have to research about skinheads, rudeboys, punks, anarchs, MC's and then you'll have to LIVE the experience in order to acquire knowledge about Khans. We're keeping our colors public but our meanings and reasoning secret. You want to know more about us? Get to know us IC. There are only a few things I can explain here so you men and mer won't get confused on our recruitment system:

Prospect and Half-Patch: Know the difference. Our prospect is not the same thing as a Mongol (for example) prospect. Let's just say, the Khans prospect is a transition phase of evaluation. Our prospect wears only a small red patch on his chest, he is not inside the club from any point of view. When the prospect is ready to finally understand the club, he will get his Half-Patch. The Half-Patch is the same thing as a normal prospect in the one percenter culture.

Sponsor: This will be your only way in. The sponsor is a "tutor", he will train you in the nine percenter way. The patch holder will sponsor the aspiring Khans untill they reach the patch holder rank.

Female Characters: Let's just say, if you ever wanted to be more than a property of the club, you're welcome to try your luck here. Take note of our procedures with 'em ladies beforehand.

Want to get in? Just Roleplay your way in. If you are not up to our standards, you're out. To make things easier, register at our forums to see how we work:

< Private Forum Portal>

  • Tips:

  • As said before we're not a traditional MC. Avoid stereotypes come with an original character.
  • Try to base a char in the definitions gave above for punks, and oi!. We are looking for this type of char.
  • Old bikers are accepted but keep in mind that we are vandals. Our fun consists in going around town drinking, using drugs and being reckless. Activities that would be better "understood", by people between 18-28 years old.
  • You can join with any char regardless of his ethnicity. Afro american, asian, latin, spanish, russian whatever you want to be.
  • Women are accepted in certain levels. We have a special system for female characters. That means you don't need to get into prostitution, strip tease or sex in general to earn a position. It's up to you to decide if the female character will behave as a Sweet Butt or as a hardcore girl. Both of them will be appreciated.
  • You will be told to fuck off, you will be insulted, and you will be treated as trash. So be mature and take it IC.
  • Internal drama is common, so don't take tense situations as an OOC insult.
  • We want emotions. Not only a cold blood murder Harley enthusiast. We want characters with feelings, personal thoughs, problems, solutions, attitude to sum things up your character is a human being who ended up meeting the 9%ers.
  • Freeways and Wayfarers. You can RP your bikes as Hondas, Harleys, WCC etc. but keep in mind, even if you RP your Faggio as a Vespa; Faggios, FCRs, Sanchez or BMX will not be accepted in official rides.
  • Use our private forum.
  • Idiotic RP will be most likely ignored.
  • /b is your enemy, trust me.
  • IC is IC, OOC is OOC. A CK is an IC punishment, not an OOC offense.
  • If you wish you can join us at IRC. Channel inside the foco server is #khans
  • Every single administrative punishement while hang around, or prospect is counted, and you will be kicked from this faction respect the rules!
