He tried working at many companies in Los Santos, however they all ended the same way; a resignation. He didn't like any of the positions he got, and then Loay decided to set-up his own business; a mechanic’s garage. It has gone pretty well but he wanted something bigger, Loay knew his limits back then. He knew that he won't be able to run a bigger business with the experience he had, so he decided to travel abroad for his Master Degree. He traveled to Cambridge, MA and earned his Master Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.
Back to Los Santos, 1997
After Earning his Master Degree, Loay focused mainly on businesses, thanks to his Master degree he was able to easily manage some businesses varies from dealerships to clubs to casinos; in order to identify what he really wanted. Loay started to learn the ropes of how the gambling business works and it didn't disappoint me, so he thought about creating his own betting shop.
Los Santos City Government
Loay needed a steady income before creating his own gambling business as he knew that this kind of business had its ups and downs. From here, he decided to join Los Santos City Government as a Licensing Official. He applied for it and got accepted. A few weeks of dedication and commitment, and he got promoted easily to a Senior Licensing Official where he trained the new Officials and gave them advises on how the job gets done.
State Bar of San Andreas
Loay is always looking for opportunities to improve himself, so he decided to take the state bar exam, and he passed it. He then thought about joining the Department of Justice beside working at the government, and he got accepted too, but for some vague reasons the process wasn't completed.
Loay was one from the strong supporters to Rakesh. When Rakesh Namir lost the elections in July 2015, Loay didn't feel that Namir is the one who lost, Loay felt that the whole administration lost it. So he considered resigning specially that the new Mayor who was going to take over had totally different views and goals. Loay talked with his friend Ralphie Ross about creating a business, something that he has dreamed about for a long time. He felt that this is the right time to start it, and that's exactly what happened. Loay and Ralphie bought a land at Little Tokyo and they created their own betting shop; ''Diamond Aces''.
BION corporation & business flourishing
He established a corporation called BION with some other businessmen in the city and it has witnessed a great success, Loay held the position of CEO within that corporation. However, it's relations with the Vaughn's administration weren't going very well. This didn't stop them from flourishing and moving forward, they expanded and created a powerful name for them through the whole city, the corporation was controlling various businesses, such as dealerships, nightclubs, real estate business, security services and gambling establishments. However, the corporation was more focused on the gambling business, where they controlled over a large share of the market, at one point they were running smoothly five betting shops within Los Santos. This corporation got shut down due to major conflicts between the partners, after then most of those partners created another business group which is called Nax Group.
Public service & routine job
After then Loay wanted to serve the Public and to offer a service to the community as he used to do back then within the licensing bureau, He joined the department of justice as an Assistant Public Defender after his resignation from the government and a few months later he got promoted several times up to Chief Public Defender, which is basically leading the office of the Public Defender. Beside that, He works within his business group ''Nax Group'' which is running smoothly and having many branches under it's umbrella.
Loay plans to resign both positions, Chief Public Defender and Chief Executive Officer to focus more on his new duties as a State Representative, he is planning to make sure that the people's voices are getting heard and not maintaining the current status quo.
