Skate Parks around Los Santos, there's only one in the whole map.

I personally think that all enviroment maps should go through a very strict verification process.
- Make sure the map actually fits the enviroment it is being placed in.
- Be strict about the introduced level of detail, I've seen maps before with so much clutter that they have a real hard time to blend in.
- If the map introduces new objecs make sure they are done properly, especially in terms of vertex lighting.

I think It would be great to see faction graffiti on the walls, being one of the perks of reaching the official faction status.

cant edit vehicles yet but kalcor said the update will support more object types in the future

i mean, change the boat model manually from script, so if someone buy these big boat, script will automatically change it into different skin model from server.
this might possible in 0.3.8 if i right...

Remove un needed buildings that never get used and add more streets to LS.

With mapping possibilities you can make buildings in a single object that can look nice using modelers. For Example:

Image /Image - This is one building. It has an exhaust connect to fire engines. With this advancement in SAMP we can roleplay and visulise things that you might have never considered.

Further more the attention to detail you can make inside an interior:
